Tesla Bloomington

8/7/2026 Unfortunately i spent close to 400.00 on an alignment just for it to still be out of spec. They didn't follow their own service manual. I have reached out to them to hopefully arrange another appointment for them to correct it. This is the first time I have had an issue with this service center. I live over an hour away so it involves taking a day off of work to accomplish this. I will update review if they do respond, and correct the issue. * 8/11/26 made another trip to the service center after requesting they perform the ballasted alignment according to the service manual which they told me they would do, at which point after an hour drive was told they don't even have the two 150lb ballast weights to even do it. They would be willing to order them,yet for the alignment to be according to spec I would need to pay additional money of over 200.00. I could've easily gotten an un ballasted standard alignment with lifetime warranty at Firestone for cheaper. I can't fault them for doing their best to get me out the door quickly with performing zero additional work. In the future unless it's a Tesla specific repair I will take my vehicle elsewhere.

I had a great experience at the Tesla dealership. I forgot to sign the rebate paperwork, so I called and at first they told me I would have to come back to the location to fill it out. But later Brittany called me and said she could just mail it to me, which was really nice of her. She went out of her way to help and made the whole process easy. She’s the best — ask for Brittany if you need any help!

Our experience at the Tesla location in Bloomington, Illinois was excellent! Austin and Bryan were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful during the test drive and ordering process, and they made everything feel easy and stress-free. On pickup day, Brooklyn walked us through all the paperwork, answered our questions, and made everything simple and straightforward. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and far easier than traditional car buying. Everyone was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We truly appreciated how seamless the experience was. I honestly wish all car buying was done like this :)

From demo, to purchase and delivery, to after the sale customer service, this service center has been great! Demo and sales was super low pressure, a fun experience. Delivery went great, slight transportation delay but they were also accommodating to my schedule for delivery. About 2 weeks after delivery, I noticed my temp plate flapping in the camera and discovered a license plate screw was missing, must have not been tightened all the way and rattled out. Since they are a unique screw, I did not want to mismatch with something from a hardware store. A quick text to the location and they had new screws ready for me to pickup. 2 weeks and 500 miles in…my Model 3 Performance has been a great decision - even more so thanks to the staff here!

Tesla in Bloomington, IL is a fairly new dealership. Although, it's an eco-friendly company with no-contact delivery, you could also have an exclusive, one-on-one buying experience at that location. Nick, the Sales Manager, is very professional, knowledgeable and highly attentive to the customers and owners alike. I plan to own either the Tesla Model 3 or Model X soon, based upon my experience yesterday.
