As a Tesla owner for the last few years, I have gotten accustomed to being treated with an excellent experience each and every t8me I drive my car, or especially when it drives me. While visiting family and friends in Boston, I was leaving the nearby mall when I saw an Optimus in the Tesla window. I dragged my daughter inside to take a picture with it. Inquired with Shant about the availability and was told that it's this year in December. As he was describing what it can do, it created a ton of excitement for me, as I am a single parent of 3 children. To think of how an extra set of hands could improve my and my kids lives all but sold me on the spot. I then asked Joe about us8ng the restroom which was very clean as expected. I then asked Joe about some coffee from the lounge area and got water brought to me, not from the tap. I made coffee inflation one of, I feel, the best quality, and simple to use, pod coffee machines I've seen. I immediately wanted to get one for myself. Both Shant & Joe were extremely helpful knowledgeable and polite. This location was a great choice, if you're in the area to just stop in to learn, if you've not had the experience.

Today, Sunday, I had a great experience at Tesla store and the test driving in Boston. Leon, a fantastic associate, helped me better understand the Tesla Model 3 Performance. The highlight for me was the Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology—it was incredibly exciting, and I absolutely loved it. Thank you very much, Leon, for all your help! See you soon!!!

Enjoyed an informative chat with a very knowledgeable and personable rep. Interesting to discuss the differences in US vs UK vs EU implementations. Although I've driven a Model 3 for years, the user interfaces on the AI4 cars are sufficiently different that some explanations are required. FSD in the US is a great safety and life enhancement according to the rep. I concur.

I am extremely pleased with having gone in recently. I have been in the market for a new car and have been test driving cars for a few weeks. First off, scheduling a demo with Tesla was so easy online. I was already very impressed by that. I could pick a time that worked for my busy schedule, upload my driver's license and even watch some tutorials to get acquainted with the car. Even more impressive was downloading the Tesla app and learning about all the vast things it offers. This showroom is located on one of the busiest streets in Boston but honestly, I parked just fine using metered street parking and if you come prepared it should be just fine. Put 2 hours on your meter in case you stay to talk a while like I did! When I walked in, I was nicely greeted and immediately struck up a conversation with one of their representatives named Aaron. Aaron was a rockstar. He knew the cars so well and asked me questions to help me understand where I was. He helped me prioritize what my needs and wants were and was super motivated to get me the best deal based off of what they had for inventory. I then took a break to actually test drive a Model 3. It was stunningly impressive from the ground up. Most notable was the quickness of the accelerator and the tug you feel on it. Super exhilarating. Also extremely notable were the Tech aspects. I never fathomed how much went into it. From the full driving autopilot to all the car options being on screen. I even learned that you can prime your car for optimal charging if you set up a charging station as your destination. This decreases how long it will take to charge when you finally get there. Upon returning, I found Aaron again who helped me understand the potential differences in financing versus leasing, informed me about best practices for wheel maintenance, and helped me understand how to earn the federal tax credit. He even open and honestly helped me consider my top gas car pick and wasn't overly pushy about going electric at all. What he really did was inspire me to make going electric possible for me. After all was said and done, I decided to go for a Tesla Model 3 Performance. I am extremely happy I showed up and it all just seemed so right. I am super excited to become a Tesla driver and certainly have a completely new opinion and outlook on the company as a whole. Now it's your turn to hop on! P.S. Also got to snag a peek at the upcoming Cybertruck. Incredibly futuristic.

Perfect location, elegant and classy. The staff is very kind. You are allowed to sit in the car and test everthing. The only think i don't like is that they have on display only one model of Tesla.
