Great experience all around. New Tesla Y model taken home by my lovely wife.

The quality of the work is fine, but the service experience consistently falls short of expectations. Plan on spending several hours longer than the estimated completion time. Communication is minimal, updates are rarely provided, and it can be difficult to find someone available to answer questions. One recurring issue is that vehicles are often brought into the service area and then sit for extended periods before work begins. The service center appears to overbook appointments, which creates significant delays and little consideration for the impact on customers’ schedules. If you’re bringing your vehicle in for service, be prepared for the process to take substantially longer than the estimate provided.

I’ve generally had good experiences with the Brandon Tesla service center, which is why this situation has been frustrating. During a Cybertruck warranty repair visit, I was instructed to rent a vehicle from Enterprise because no Tesla loaners were available. I submitted the receipt totaling $1,183.96, and Tesla staff confirmed in writing that reimbursement would be submitted. Despite multiple follow-ups over several months through email, the Tesla app, and customer support channels, I still have not received reimbursement or even a response. I’m simply asking Tesla to honor what was promised and communicate regarding the status of the reimbursement.

Nick and the team here really saved me from despair. I was on a road trip from Nashville to my daughter's graduation in Biloxi and then the beach in Florida when my air gave out in 89 degree weather. They did everythjng they could possibly do to ensure that I made my daughter's special day without much interruption in my trip. I'm so thankful for the compassion and the problem solving this team displayed. They really went the extra miles so I could go the extra miles 😀

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with Tesla service and quite frankly, the best service I’ve had anywhere in my life. It even exceeded any service I’ve ever had dealing with Mercedes and Range Rover over the years. After 3 horrific experiences with Tesla in Pensacola, FL, and after reading the positive reviews for Brandon, MS, I made the 3 hour drive from Mobile, AL hoping for the best. Well Sam and DJ were the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve dealt with in the car business. They went above and beyond any expectations I may have had. I could go on and on about the great experience, but the key point here is to tell you this place is worth driving to. It’s 3 hours from my house but I will never take my Teslas to any other place EVER. Shoutout to Tesla of Brandon, they have restored my faith and proved that there are still people out there who care and do the right thing! (Pictures are of the Cybertruck they gave me as a loaner without even asking, my Model 3 they plugged into charge when the service was complete, and their beautiful facility!)
