⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Experience with JJ! I had an absolutely fantastic experience with JJ at Tesla in Brooklyn. From beginning to end, JJ went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Any question or concern I had was handled quickly and professionally, and I never felt like I was just another customer being rushed through the process. Buying a new car can sometimes be stressful, but JJ made the entire Tesla experience easy and enjoyable. The level of personal attention and customer service he provided was exceptional and honestly exceeded my expectations. Tesla is lucky to have someone like JJ representing the company. This is exactly what great customer service should look like. Thank you, JJ, for taking such excellent care of me and making my Tesla experience such a positive one. I would absolutely recommend asking for JJ if you’re dealing with Tesla in Brooklyn! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars without hesitation!

I’m not sure why this service center has so many negative reviews because my experience was very positive. I drove nearly 60 miles from Farmingville, Long Island, to have a sensor error on my Tesla Model Y diagnosed and repaired. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a Tesla Service Advisor who checked me in. Since I had traveled a long distance, I requested same-day repair and delivery if possible. The advisor was very understanding and immediately informed the technician that I had come from far away and was hoping for same-day service. I was advised that the vehicle would need to be diagnosed first and that the process could take until the evening. I waited in the lounge and continued working on my laptop. Shortly afterward, I received an estimate of $430 through the Tesla app. Concerned because my vehicle was still under warranty, I immediately spoke with Mr. Bek. After I explained the situation, he discussed it with his supervisor and successfully removed the $150 diagnostic charge from the invoice. I only had to pay the remaining balance. Mr. Bek was extremely professional, understanding, and customer-focused throughout the process. I truly appreciate his efforts and the excellent service he provided. Experiences like this build trust and confidence in Tesla’s service network. I would gladly recommend this service center to other Tesla owners. Thank you to Mr. Bek and the entire team for your professionalism and support. Keep up the great work, and I hope you continue to maintain the trust of your customers. All the best to the team!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I visited the Tesla Service Center at 8:00 AM without an appointment because I had a flat tire. The night before, I had a very frustrating experience with roadside assistance and was told they could not help me. Fortunately, I was able to inflate the tire enough to get to the service center the next morning. The staff were professional, courteous, and efficient. They quickly found a replacement tire, changed it, rotated and balanced the tires, and had me back on the road in about an hour. This is Tesla’s new service location, replacing the former Red Hook facility. My experience was excellent from start to finish. What began as a stressful situation turned into a smooth and positive service visit. I highly recommend this Tesla Service Center to all Tesla owners. They also have a delivery center on site. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding service!

Picked up a brand-new Tesla and the very first thing FSD did was bump into the dealership’s own barrier before we even left the garage! 💔💔 ——————— We picked up the model Y two weeks ago. As first-time Tesla buyers, we told staff multiple times that we preferred to drive ourselves home since we were not familiar with the car yet. However, they strongly encouraged us to use FSD so the system could “calibrate” and show us how impressive it was. They set the route for us and sent the car off using FSD. Within seconds, the car bumped into a metal barrier inside the garage, leaving a scrape and small dent near the headlight area. Staff touched up the paint twice and later told us they needed a meeting to discuss the situation, so we drove the car home(see picture below). The whole experience felt surreal and disappointing considering we had just picked up the car minutes earlier. A few days later, the manager followed up. He offered us 3 months of free FSD as a gesture. However, he still emphasized that “no one forced” us to use it once the paperwork was signed. In the end, he admitted that they should not have suggested using FSD inside the garage. To be fair, the driving experience of the car so far has still been good. I am just truly unsatisfied with how the situation was handled overall. Just a warning to other first-time buyers: don’t feel pressured to use FSD immediately during delivery if you’re not fully comfortable yet. It is your car, and they simply don’t really care once you signed the paper.

Never been to a Tesla store before. To be honest it was pretty much what I had expected. A big compound facility with tons of space and easy access everywhere. There are pretty much a bunch of entrances to go through but once you get in the through the main lobby everything else starts to unfold as seen fit. You have the front receptionist desk with 2 lady workers in front taking ID and making sure everyone is accounted for. I came in for a test drive of the Tesla Cybertruck as it had been a bucket list item for me for ages and my god I done it! You also need insurance and a valid state drivers license to actually test drive any of the car models which you have to be 21+. So I got checked in and followed the lady through the back of the facility where I saw the garage where they fixed and serviced the cars customers bring in. But outside they have a whole area designated with Tesla cars everywhere of all shapes, sizes and colors. They give you an ID tag to actually access the car which doenst need any sort of signing in or anything. You do have to make a reservation online because there are specific time slots to take in order to access the car you want to drive and it’s like that for any of the facilities all around New York which is numerous. I felt amazing driving the Cybertruck because it made me feel on top of the world ever though it was terrifying driving a behemoth of a car around tight spaces and messed up dirt concrete dirt roads around Brooklyn. Be careful not to get any tickets, bumps, dents or scratches on any of the cars because you will have to pay 100% of the damages out of your own pockets. They don’t play around with that. Other than that it’s pretty chill.
