Tesla Brownsville

Service staff are dishonest and incompetent. Beware coming here except for the most simple tasks. And avoid morning appointments as they are not honored (the manager said they deal with overnight issues in the morning and will not get to your 8am appointment until after 10am, and he believes this is normal, fine, and defends the policy when pressed).

I’m currently in the process of buying a Tesla, and the experience has been great so far. Aundrea and Karen have been extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made everything easy to understand. Their excellent customer service has made this an exciting and stress free experience. Thank you both for all your help!

Extremely poor customer service at Tesla. I had an 11:00 AM appointment to pick up my car and drove 45 minutes to get there, only to be told it wouldn’t be ready until 5:00 PM. No heads up, no accountability just a waste of my time. Based on this experience, I won’t be buying a Tesla. If this is how they handle customers upfront, I can only imagine how the service department operates.

For the past 3 years, my daughter Aundrea has talked nonstop about how much she loves working at Tesla in Brownsville and how proud she is to be part of a company changing the future. I’ll admit, I was always a little skeptical about electric cars, but seeing her passion and finally experiencing one myself completely changed my perspective. She recently helped me become a Tesla owner, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Tony and team were great from the start. I received A+ service from them. They answered all the questions I had and they took the time to explain everything thoroughly. And BTW, my car is awesome. I wholeheartedly recommend Tesla. If you need any questions answered about Tesla, Tony is your guy.
