Excellent service from test drive to rolling away in our new 2026 Model Y. Our rep Humaira showed us options for trade in, financing and pricing. She was very helpful and NO sales pitch. Just enthusiasm for the product and driving experience (which is what we now have!). We LOVE our self-driving machine.

I brought my 2022 Model 3 in for service - as always it was an amazingly smooth experience. I made the appointment in the app. They ordered all parts based on the data my car provided. I rolled into the service bay at 10:00am and at 10:15am I rolled out in the loaner (which was a brand new red M3). The efficiency of Tesla is striking. I could keep track of the repair on my phone, and it was done before the committed timeline. I paid in the app, my car was fully charged and I rolled out within minutes of dropping off the loaner. All in all, Tesla just has efficiency down to a T. The service center is clean and well organized, there is a Roadster on display which is cool, and Alex from the service team was incredibly professional and great.

Been here for 3 seperate visits for service total and came today for my first time waiting and dropping my car off during opening hours. Nice to see Abraham in person for the first time great service advisor. I appreciate how fast this service center is able to diagnose and repair my car when something breaks. Nicest waiting room at a Tesla service center showroom too. Seperate rooms instead of in the corner of the showroom and besides coffee and water also had snacks as well. Good job Tesla buffalo grove! Will be back for my next service needs.

Eddie is wonderful and so understanding. He recognized that the delivery process may take longer than expected and quickly problem solved to have another amazing employee help me out to get me quickly into Slim!
