Tesla Camarillo

The car itself was impressive, but the treatment we received from Steve was absolutely horrendous. I came in fully prepared to buy and book a car today, but he did everything in his power to convince us to walk away. ​First, as the actual buyer of the vehicle, he wouldn’t even let me sit in the passenger seat during the test drive. I understand the insurance requirements for a first-time buyer, but refusing to let me even ride along while allowing my friend to sit upfront made zero sense and felt incredibly dismissive. ​It only got worse from there. Steve was extremely rude throughout the entire interaction. After the test drive, we had a lot of questions, but every time we tried to ask something, he would literally just walk away from us. Instead of doing his job and helping a serious buyer, he spent his time ignoring us and taking selfies with his colleagues. ​If you want to actually buy a Tesla, avoid this location. Or at least avoid Steve. Absolutely pathetic customer service.

Rotating tires, changing windshield wipers, and repair of glovebox was to be completed by noon. No one even looked at the car until 3pm. No loaner car available and no one answers the phone. We’ve had continually poor service here and will not return.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. Scheduled to test drive a vehicle and received no key to the car, could not park anywhere to explore the car and its features. I was told not to park the vehicle or it would should off that making the experience pointless.This left a very bad impression on me. Being licensed in multiple military vehicles with years of experience on the road this was the worse driving experience on a Tesla.

I had a wonderful experience with Kevin and Kimberly. They were both incredibly helpful, and Kevin knew exactly what I wanted and needed. He explained which options were best for my needs. Kimberly has a warm, welcoming, and very cheerful personality. She made sure I was well taken care of, and they did a fantastic job assisting me. I got a model Y and loving it

Kimberly was awesome with us for our demo drive. Thanks to the current price reduction plus EV incentives, we could not pass up this sweet deal. Unfortunately Tesla didn't reapply for CA Vehicle Rebate Program so we'll be missing out on another $2k worth of potential savings 😭 Update: Tesla reapplied for CVRP!!! 🥳 Reserved our M3 on 1/18 and took delivery a week later on Thu 1/26, could have been a day sooner but had to work late and couldn't make it. Unfathomable that we were able to place a custom order white exterior and white interior and have it ready within one week, it's mind boggling! We had a MY prior and this time the build quality is 10x better, although the were a couple of minor "issues" that we need to schedule a service order to tweak. Very happy with the entire process and better yet no high stress and haggling with the traditional dealerships. We had a reservation for VW ID4 that's taking forever over 5 months now that we'll be cancelling.
