Tesla Chattanooga

A very hands off experience which is a welcome relief from high pressure sales. Set up for a test drive ahead of time to make sure they have availability of the preferred vehicle if possible. They set up the car with you and take you around the local lots nearby to ensure you are comfortable with the controls and then let you drive the vehicle. Service is set up through the Tesla app and can be hit or miss for availability but if you start ahead of time I have found the dates and times that work for me. The waiting area has snacks and plenty of seating. They have a high top table with power to work on a laptop. They have several options of coffee pods to choose from and bottled water. They have well stocked and clean bathrooms.

I’m normally the type to not really do google reviews but I am today because the person I talk to in the service department was TERRIBLE and needs to be let go immediately if you can’t handle people asking you question don’t want to work there go some place where you can correct your attitude and how you speak to people!! When I told him I’d just have to come in at an another time he just put me down for a time that I couldn’t make as I previously told him before!! I’ll take my business somewhere else if this is the kind of service I will receive from here on out!!!!

The experience in the showroom was so positive that it made me pull the trigger and get a Tesla. Even my wife was impressed with the representative (or whatever they are called). Hayden was super helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions, even the stupid ones, and helped dispel some of the rumors about Teslas and EVs. The test drive was awesome and there were no high pressure tactics. They didn't even come along for the drive lol. The purchase process is weird since you do it all on an app and it is pretty self guided. It was a little scary to purchase a whole car with the same ease as ordering stuff from Amazon. The ONLY issues I had: There was some confusion on shipping. It was supposed to be there one day, then it wasn't. Then they gave a new date, and it wasn't shipped yet. Then they gave an earlier date for it to not be there and said it would be there on the previous scheduled date. That part wasn't so bad since it was only like a 7 day difference, I didn't mind the wait. It wasn't fun walking to work in the meantime since I had sold my car to get this one but it isn't their fault. Overall I am pretty satisfied though. Props to Hayden and there was a woman I spoke with in the process but I forgot her name, but she was also helpful.

Picking up my Tesla Model Y Long Range AWD in Chattanooga was nothing short of exceptional—easily one of the smoothest and most impressive vehicle delivery experiences I’ve ever had. What truly elevated the experience was the Tesla representative. He was outstanding—professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked us through the vehicle with confidence and clarity, making sure we were comfortable with everything before we left. What stood out most was how naturally he tailored the walkthrough to us—not overexplaining, but also not skipping the important details. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Before we left, he took the time to reintroduce Full Self-Driving (FSD), reinforcing how to use it properly and what to expect. That made all the difference once we hit the road. And then came the drive back to Birmingham. This is where everything came together. Using FSD on the highway turned the trip into something entirely different from a typical drive. The car handled lane changes, traffic flow, and navigation with a level of smoothness and confidence that made the journey feel effortless. Instead of being mentally drained after a long drive, we arrived relaxed and genuinely impressed. It wasn’t just convenient—it felt like a glimpse into the future of transportation. The Model Y itself performed flawlessly—quiet, powerful, and incredibly comfortable over the entire trip. The balance of performance and efficiency really shines on a drive like this. Overall, the entire experience—from pickup in Chattanooga to the drive home to Birmingham—was outstanding. Tesla has clearly redefined what vehicle delivery should feel like: fast, seamless, and centered around the customer. If you’re considering a Tesla, this is the kind of experience you can expect—and it absolutely delivers.

I had a great experience with Tesla Chattanooga. Alex took me around the block to introduce me to the self driving features and the regenerative braking system, then let me loose on a 1 hour test drive. They even let me have an extra half hour so I could take it to show my husband after his meeting. They answered all my questions and offered all the information I asked for. No pushy sales. When I wanted to come back to see if my son's wheelchair would fit in the back the Model Y they offered me a 24 hour test drive. I was sold. The self driving feature is so worth the extra cost because it changes the way you think about driving, and removes a lot of stress from driving. It's easy to take over when you need to. I pick up my new Model Y this week!
