The representatives were knowledgeable and was able to get me out sooner than the expected time frame by more than an hour. They're waiting area snacks was non-existent and the coffee machine at least one of them were broke there wasn't much of a variety in that aspect. But in terms of services I have no complaints.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. Please see attached - my Tesla model 3 is 3 years old and yes 32k miles on it total. The leather on my steering wheel is clearly a manufacturer defect. However, Tesla is refusing to honor their basic warranty that clearly states any material defect is covered for free replacement and it now trying to charge $925 dollars for a replacement. They cited the cause as “external factors like hand lotion”, are you serious? I for one am a male, and haven’t used hand lotion almost ever. This was also done with zero inspection of the car itself. This place is a cheap, money hungry service center that will not honor agreements or take care of their customers.

In all honesty, you can have proof and screenshots of previous conversations and the Tesla app and they don’t know what you’re saying. When you ask for a rental vehicle before you drive an hour and a half to get your car fixed even though they might or not know it’s three hours what they call that you are able to get a rental vehicle. Literally at free shots first works there allow me to try. You feel like you’re annoying place does not allow you to ask questions these two and for G. Tell me has to look 82 this place place they’re not professional and they do not hold the name any questions I’m here.
