They did a superb job preparing my CPO car, and holding it for additional time for me. It was in mint condition. They also threw in a free charging cable. Great service and super nice people!

I bought my Tesla last month, and since then I’ve visited the location a few times with different questions. Every single time, Laura has been patient, respectful, and always ready to help. She explains everything clearly and gives genuine advice instead of rushing customers. Three days ago, I went there again and another staff member told me I had to come back the next day. At first, I didn’t see Laura there, but after a few minutes I found her and explained my situation. Without any hesitation, she immediately helped me and installed my number plate the same day. I really appreciated that because she didn’t make things complicated and truly cared about helping me. Good customer service like this is hard to find nowadays. Laura made my Tesla experience much better, and that’s why I highly recommend anyone thinking about buying a Tesla to visit this location and talk with her. She is professional, honest, kind, and always willing to help.

I wanted to thank Tesla from South Loop for their amazing service. I submitted a picture through the app to request service when I noticed my seat stitching coming undone. They kept everything straightforward—no drawn-out conversations. They just saw the issue and said, “No problem, we’ll fix it.” With no charge and no hesitation, they replaced my seat with a brand-new one. I’m incredibly grateful for how easy, quick, and generous the whole process was. I’d definitely return—5 out of 5 stars!
