If you want to feel completely ripped off, go to this Tesla Service Center. Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The service and communication were terrible, and the manager, Eron, was completely unhelpful. Honestly, there was no point even trying to speak with him because he seemed more interested in dismissing the issue than actually resolving it. My vehicle is still under warranty, and the rear seats are making a noticeable creaking noise. I brought it in expecting a warranty issue to be properly diagnosed and addressed. Instead, I was told that it was considered a “seat adjustment” and that I would have to pay for it. It’s extremely frustrating to have a vehicle under warranty and still feel like you’re being charged for a problem that should at least be properly investigated. The way this situation was handled was very disappointing, especially by the service manager. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking your Tesla somewhere else. After this experience, I would seriously reconsider purchasing another Tesla in the first place.

Brandon is the man!! Having our teslas brought in for multiple times now, Brandon has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is an absolute star. He is respectful, accommodating and efficient. He makes the process of bringing in cars to get work done seamless and stress free. His customer service is a level above even some luxury German car dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past. I brought my 2022 Tesla Model X in for inspection because the driver seat cushion started cracking along the stitched edge. The vehicle is only three years old and has been used under normal driving conditions. Despite the relatively young age of the car, the service center classified the issue as “wear and tear” and denied warranty coverage without offering a meaningful review of the material defect concern. For a premium vehicle in this price range, interior materials should not deteriorate this quickly. I expected a more thorough evaluation and a more customer-oriented approach. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

I do not have words to describe how amazing, on point, all good things, way better than the electric vehicles of other companies nationwide. The Tesla Cyber truck is flawless, beautiful, latest state of the art technologies, all the whistles and bells you can ask for and then some. But wait, there's more! Please go to this location and ask for Jane. She is very professional and she'll not force a sale on you. She's amazing and her wings by her beautiful eyes are flawless, her nails too. She sat in the pickup truck to explain everything about it to me. She's very brilliant and knowledgeable of everything Tesla has to offer.
