Went on the app with a coolant valve fault and was quoted ~$1,000 for a full Superbottle replacement plus a coolant flush — without anyone actually inspecting the car. My own diagnostics pointed to a ~$50 actuator, ( the gear was worn which I seen with my own eyes and the center refused to look) and when I pushed back I was told the whole assembly was “very certain” to be required based on internal guidelines, and that I shouldn’t even attempt the smaller fix. To their only credit, they will sell you the part. But if you know your vehicle, do your homework before agreeing to a major repair here. Owners: check your specific fault before signing off on the expensive default. I think it’s unfair and a little poor taste that I offered to have them do the small job and if it still is not good for me do the bigger repair later but they refused that to me.. Sadly I have experience with this service center lying to me from time to time. Like when they told me it would be over 30 days to get my car in last service but when I towed it up there same day anyways they had it fixed in 2 days. Pro tip I learned if you just tow it up there they fix it. Learned when they runned me around and told me to call roadside for an issue that was not road side and they told me to tow it up there anyways and they have to fix it. Pro tip for anyone getting lied to by this service center. If they offer to make this right I’ll change my review but as it stands this is bad practice and doesn’t build customer trust. I won’t be buying a new Tesla when the time comes at this rate very sadly just bc of the conduct of this center.

Great experience getting my first model y! Fit me in for an early delivery last minute due to my hectic schedule. Very efficient process, I completed everything from one app even scheduling my own demo drive tbh I knew what I wanted and ordered my vehicle before even deciding to schedule a demo.

I recently had my windshield replaced here. I really liked that I was offered either a loaner vehicle or Uber credits. I had already planned on waiting at the service center, but it was still a nice gesture and much appreciated. The waiting area was great, clean and well kept, with good coffee options and even a quiet room for anyone who needs to get some work done while waiting (which i utilized for a meeting). The service was completed sooner than expected, everything was straightforward, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. I’d definitely choose this service center again over others, even if I have to wait a bit longer for an appointment. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be the appointment wait times. This location is clearly in high demand, and I think adding more resources would help reduce the wait and make the experience even better.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. We clearly agreed with the sales representative at the Oakley location that we were purchasing a brand-new car. The price difference between a new vehicle and a demo was only around $400, and at no point were we informed that the car would be a demo. On the day of delivery, we discovered that the vehicle was actually a demo car. By that time, we had already sold our previous car and purchased and installed a home charger, which left us with no other option but to take the car. This was not a choice — it was a forced decision caused by Tesla’s lack of transparency. The manager offered free charging until the end of March, but this does not compensate for misleading a customer into accepting a vehicle they did not agree to buy. A temporary benefit does not fix poor ethics or broken trust. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and strongly encourage anyone considering Tesla to be very cautious, confirm everything in writing, and avoid being pressured into last-minute surprises. One of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve had.

One of a kind new Tesla location with sales, service and delivery all in the same place! This location is massive! Unwind on the comfy couches or work in the office space while your vehicle is being serviced. Take a demo drive of any of the new models. Walk laps around the ginormous building - the choices are endless! To top it off, the staff is always great and ready to provide a seamless experience in sales and service.
