The general manger raised his voice and told us that we signed things that were never provide when asked for these item he was unable to provide them. The experience was absolutely heartbreaking as we were so excited to join the Tesla family but his hate for Tesla was so apparent that we were not prepared for that type of interaction from a general manger. He was unable to pull up the documents he said we signed when we did not and then changed his tune to say on well these are only internal docs. If you know that why would you say we would have signed them. We had a trade in vehicle and they never once told us that the trade in was only good for 30 day and our vehicle would not be delivered for 32 days. Do the trade in would not be accepted they waited until 2 days before pick to let us know. The experience was so disappointing and I will not be using this Tesla dealership again. If you value your time and integrity stay away he was so happy to yell and a customer and tell them they they should have gone elsewhere if you wanted a car sooner. Tesla please do better for America

Ray is awesome! I showed up Saturday, June 6, and immediately bumped into Ray. We were instant friends. He took his time, showed me all the features of the cars, took me on a test drive, and helped me decide what was right for me and my family. I've never experienced customer service like that. Ray is the man, and it's crazy I went to Tesla looking for some info and made a friend. That's how business really should be, but you don't see it much anymore. I also worked with Jason, and he was amazing as well. He was super attentive and answered some of my questions over text. Just the best car-buying experience of my life. I had a blast at Tesla and bought a car a few hours later. Thank y'all for the experience and the help. I had so much fun yesterday. I really appreciate it guys. Seriously.

Hello Tesla Team, I tried to leave this feedback through the Tesla app, but I was unable to do so. For this reason, I would like to leave my review here. I would like to apologize for taking some time to send this feedback, as I wanted to perform a few tests to make sure everything was working properly. Fortunately, the situation was successfully resolved. I would also like to express my satisfaction with the entire service experience. From the very beginning until the end, the support was excellent. The whole process was very clear, and the communication throughout each step was perfect. I would like to give a special thank you to the entire Tesla Clermont team for the attention, professionalism, patience, and excellent communication with me during the entire process. It truly made a difference and demonstrated Tesla’s high level of customer care and respect. I would also like to highlight that the loaner vehicle made a huge difference throughout the service process and especially during the waiting period for the resolution. I had an excellent experience at Tesla Service Center in Clermont. I walked in without an appointment with an issue on my brand-new car (only one week old). Just a few days after getting it, a rock from a truck cracked my windshield, and I was really upset. Alejandro and Maryan were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me — they managed to replace my windshield the same day and even provided me with a loaner car so I wouldn’t be without transportation. Also, I don’t speak English very well, and they were extremely patient with me throughout the entire process — which I truly appreciated. The whole experience was fast and seamless. I dropped off my car around 11 AM, and by 2 PM it was already ready for pickup. Outstanding service — truly a 5-star experience. Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Star Service! I brought my Model Y Long Range (purchased December 2023, ~20k miles) in for a terrible chirping/squeaking noise that I initially thought was coming from the seat while normal driving. took a few short videos and showed them to the technician, and they immediately identified it as an issue with the headrests. They took care of both rear headrests, and since my car is low-mileage, not used as an Uber, and the back seats are barely ever occupied, they covered everything under warranty. I did have to approve an estimate around $240, but when I arrived to pick up the car, Jordan took great care of me and fully comped the charge. The fix was quick, the noise is completely gone (fingers crossed!), and the experience was smooth overall. My takeaway: be respectful and show the same kindness you’d expect in return—Tesla Service usually takes care of you. I’ll also say that since 2023, Tesla’s service experience has noticeably improved. Very happy with this visit. Tesla’s are the best cars out there. Period. Love my Tesla Y!!!
