Couldn’t say enough about this dealer! Amazing customer service. I couldn’t believe the proficiency and ease in buying a car. I went to take a peak, test drove - amazed! Trades in a car, bought the incredible MY, went to pick up the car - total time, no more than two hours. Daniela was awesome and so was Ted!

This is the closest dealership in Cleveland. The folks here helped out a lot in my decision-making by allowing me demo driving of the Cybertruck, Model X when it was available and then the Model Y. If you get a chance, do a demo drive of the current vehicles available to get a first class experience of the FSD (Full Supervised Driving). I initially bought the Model Y with the upgraded rims and paint Quicksilver and delivery was so simple. Over all the whole process to buy a vehicle was done straight on my phone through the Tesla app.

Had suspension work completed 7/2025. They messed up the rear ride height sensors that were replaced and didn’t check alignment afterwards. Noticed my drivers rear tire wearing uneven on the inside since and they won’t fix the alignment with paying for another 2 month later. Pics included to show uneven - you can clearly see the drivers rear tire with minimal weight on the outside and the passenger rear good

Always a pleasure to do business with Tesla. I’m a big fan of the car buying process here. It’s no sharks. No pressure. They provide the information to get you to decide what works best for your needs. Unfortunately most the inventory is limited and you may have to wait to get your car at a later date which isn’t too bad. The customer service is always on point and helpful.

I recently purchased a used Model 3 and had such a positive experience with all the staff at this location. There was an issue with getting the tax credit and the staff and GM advocated for me and worked through the situation with upper management. It was a long process, but it all worked out in the end and the car is beautiful. Thank you for all your hard work!
