I had an excellent experience working with Guillermo at Tesla Collision. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire repair process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the quality of the work and the customer experience, and Guillermo exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m extremely grateful for all of his help and would highly recommend both him and Tesla Collision to anyone needing repairs. Thank you, Guillermo, for going above and beyond!

If I could leave them 0 stars I would. Zero communication on what was being fixed on the car that needed repairs. I went over 3 months with no word on what was being fixed, cost of parts, and was hit with a bill for $16,000 for at most a $4000 fix. I have pics proving no body damage whatsoever and they have the nerve to replace multiple parts that are completely unrelated to the suspension and wheel damage that the car was brought in for. For example the Tesla logo needed replacing for some reason? The left mirror? Paint and polish on the parts that were not needed as well. Manager was on an ego trip using "my lack of collision experience" against me as if I am lacking common sense.

Great service center. Recently had my Model 3 in for a windshield replacement. I worked with Gene who kept me updated regularly through phone calls. Another part unrelated to the windshield was replaced under warranty while it was with them because they caught an alert during diagnostics. I would not hesitate to use this center again. Five stars!!!

Tesla Collision Center reminds me of a gas car dealership, can’t find enough words to describe how horrible the experience has been. I live 3 hours away so to get the vehicle there and back is a 6 hour trip. I’ve had to make this trip 4 times and the issues of the collision repair has not been resolved. They lack enough loaners so I have to make the distance in one of my other vehicles so I have had to bring my dad with me every time and waste that much time in both our days that could have been used for working… Lost endless time and using my resources to get this vehicle repaired properly due to the team’s lack of competence here. It’s been 7 months and my vehicle is still not yet finished being repaired properly. I’ve had to purchase a new vehicle due to how long this process has been so I would not be out of a car for my transportation needs during this process. Absolutely wish I went to a certified third party collision center close to my home instead of this. I went to this official location thinking the experience would be more professional. Is anyone going to compensate me for my travel cost and time? The longer my vehicle stays at this location it seems the more things start to go wrong. They don’t seem to care about my time at all and give Tesla a bad name.

I just dropped my Tesla off for repairs after being hit by debris on i77. The appointment process was awesome, too long of a wait to get an appointment but they are extremely busy. I reached out to them and conveyed my desire to bring the car sooner if a cancellation or opportunity came about. They eventually called and scheduled repairs a few weeks earlier than my original appointment. The communication process has been awesome. They are very professional and knowledgeable. My advisor/tech was Guillermo. It has been a long time since I dealt with someone so respectful, professional and enthusiastic about everything dealing with the customer experience. Simply outstanding. The office was spotless and everyone working the counter was fantastic. I will update this review post repairs to give everyone the full scope of what this Tesla Collision Center is all about, but so far so good. Great job Guillermo!
