Tesla Collision Dallas

I had to get some hail damage work done at this collision center and the staff made this a very seamless process. Very friendly staff and Angel was really great at setting expectations and assuring me that everything will go smoothly, which it did. He was always in contact letting me know what stage my car was in and answering any questions. I had no issues here whatsoever.

Would give zero stars if I could. I bought my vehicle brand new and I originally took it in for a minor chip on the windshield thinking it could be filled easily. I wasn’t informed that my entire windshield would have to be replaced. From there is where all the issues have occurred. Loud wind noises , paint damage , interior and exterior damage all caused while under their care. My car door was dented and chipped. My paint in the front was damaged due to them not screwing my windshield wipers on after replacing the windshield. Someone hit the rear area of my vehicle and I’ve been dealing with issues with them since September of 2025. They have been avoiding me and not scheduling me for over a month. I kept calling due to loud wind noises continuously coming through roof and windshield area. They have now transferred me to another facility without making me aware. The new facility called and made me aware and is stating that there will be additional charges due to damages being done at Tesla collision and not there facility. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here. Very unprofessional. Communication is terrible and complete lack of accountability. Tesla has considered buying my car back due to the multiple damages caused by them.

Just wanted to leave a quick note about how happy we were with the Dallas Tesla Collision Center. Ja’larry was fantastic from start to finish — super helpful, patient, and really thorough. He took the time to walk us through everything, worked with us on the timing to fit our schedule, and went above and beyond to make sure the car was fixed right and looked like new again. The whole team was incredible too — everyone coordinated really well and clearly takes pride in their work. The loaner car experience was amazing as well, which made the whole process so much smoother and less stressful. The rest of the team and management were just as impressive. They turned what could have been a painful experience into something easy and stress-free. If you need collision work done, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend, and if you end up there, ask for Ja’larry!

Wow! This was my best experience ever with a collision repair. Communication was exceptional and the repair is beautiful. These people are impressive! And I cannot say enough good things about Joel Juarez who supervised my repair. He is great! Uh-oh, I'm running out of superlatives! I can't wait to bring my Model 3 in another collision repair! :)

​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​If you have a Tesla and you ever find yourself in a collision, I would recommend this location 100 times over. The level of service I received at the Tesla Collision Center in Dallas was absolutely top tier from start to finish. ​Right from the beginning, the girl at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I even had a moment where I realized I’d left my MRI disk inside my car after dropping it off, she and my service advisor, Joel, went out of their way to help me retrieve it quickly, which I really appreciated. ​The rental desk team was also incredible. I was initially set up in a Model Y, but incredibly, I was rear ended in a hit and run the very same day I picked it up. When I went back to swap vehicles, the girls at the desk were so helpful and actually got me into a Cybertruck for the two weeks my car was in the shop. ​Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Before I picked up my car, Joel reached out to let me know they had spotted some minor issues. Instead of rushing the delivery, they insisted on fixing them first to ensure the car was absolutely perfect for me. When I finally saw the car, it was flawless. Even after I took it home and expressed how satisfied I was, Joel still followed up to make sure everything was going well. ​If you want your Tesla handled with care by a team that actually goes the extra mile, this is the place to go.
