Tesla Collision Denver

10/10! I’ve had such a pleasant experience with the team at this collision center, particularly Derek in Service, the ladies at the front desk, and Maria and Jalen from the rental team. I was the victim of a collision and initially had a pretty subpar experience getting an estimate from another shop, so I decided to bring my vehicle here instead. From day one, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel incredibly seamless. After the repair, I noticed a few items that needed additional attention, and they were incredibly quick, accommodating, and responsive in getting everything taken care of. Having previously run an 8-bay service shop myself, I understand how challenging it can be to balance customer expectations, timelines, repairs, and communication. I really want to commend this team for how well they work together. Everyone was professional, communicative, and genuinely made me feel taken care of throughout the entire process. Thank you, guys! I want to leave a well-deserved 5-star review for Denver Tesla Collision Center. The entire team demonstrated remarkable patience and great customer service from my first consultation to final pickup. They were very attentive and spent ample time walking me through all repair procedures and related information. My Tesla has been repaired flawlessly, everything works perfectly and there are no lingering issues whatsoever. Their attention to detail is impressive, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Truly appreciate everyone’s hard work. I will definitely come back and recommend this shop strongly

I am devastated at the level of integrity and craftsmanship that this location brings to the Tesla name. I brought my vehicle in for a warranty repair (brand new 2026 model y) and windshield replacement. Left with stained and stretched out seat and a split/tear in the dashboard. Luckily I document and photo everything. Tried going to a different service center had an appointment for weeks and get called today that I HAVE to go back to this pace. I have an appointment in a couple days will see what they do to fix this … seriously made me cry I hope this is rectified correctly first photo is my seat before drop off and then at pick up . I was rear ended in my model 3. The car was covered in PPF. Tesla Collision Denver removed all of my clear bra, not just the back, and is now refusing to make it right after repairing the damage to my rear end. I provided intake photos, spoke with Vera and Savannah directly, and the shop acknowledged their mistake initially. But now the GM (Nate) decides to say that they did not remove or tamper with the PPF despite me having no recourse to do this myself, and despite me having their initial admission of guilt on record. They did not even remove my clear bra properly (I did not authorize its removal at all), and now there is glue residue and are cut marks on my front end. See attached photos, and keep in mind this was after hours of the PPF shop trying to get the residue off. DO NOT take your car here unless you would rather the condition leave worse than when it arrived. I thought I was being smart by taking it to the dealer for a repair. But these people are accountability shirkers who don't know their rear ends from holes in the ground, pun intended. This is a joke of an auto shop in a building that Tesla owns. Littleton shop is WAY better and more competent. All of their employees probably know how to read. These guys over at the Denver location need to go back to school, or terminated, probably both. The staff is nice enough, but being nice is not a justification for being incompetent. Elon would be ashamed. 2 stars and not one, because the repaired my back end properly and did a decent job of blending the paint. Credit where credit is due. Just not much to give.

Denver Tesla called and told me my brand new Cybertruck was fixed and ready to pick up after almost 2 weeks of trying to fix the door and dash rattle problem. Colorado Springs Tesla had to send it off to Denver because they made it worse. Mind you the truck has only 1000 mi and I have had it a month. Garage kept and babied. I also have hi functioning autism and a disabled veteran so I don't miss a thing. I went and looked at the truck and walked right back into that service center and threw a tizzy. My doors were PERFECTLY aligned when I brought the truck to them. PERFECT. My dash top was PERFECT before I brought it in. The truck was freshly detailed and clean as new when I left it with them. Denver sent the truck backI dragged the service guy out to the truck and asked him if they even tried to mount the door correctly. It is disgustingly off. Now the doors on the other side are off too. Mind you they were perfect prior. They scratched my wheel covers and didn't say anything. They dented my dash top when they took it on and off. I love the truck. I don't want to give it up. What is going on TESLA. Now here are some juicy pics. They didn't even wipe the door off after removing the protective plastic or wash the weeks of dirt off. Scuffs on the door panels and interior. Scratched the wheel covers. This thing hasn't even spent the night outside before them.
