Tesla - Collision

Outstanding service! They allowed me to tow my car in 2 weeks early when I needed it moved. The team was very communicative and let me know what was going on every step of the way. Even when we hit some bumps in the road when it came to part availability and repair completion estimates changing, they were able to make it right in the end.. far better than I could have imagined. Fingers crossed I don’t have another collision in the near future, but I won’t hesitate to bring my vehicle right back to this shop. Thank you to the team that handled my repairs and the patience you showed throughout the whole process!

Huge thanks to Ginger. Communication was fast and clear, no back and forth, every question got answered right away. She also kept me updated consistently in the Tesla app about twice a week, which made the whole process feel really smooth.When we first brought the car in, she was very patient and took the time to really listen to everything we described. She was always nice and professional throughout the entire experience.The repair itself was completed pretty quickly too which was a really nice surprise. Really appreciate the great service.

My car was backed into while it was parked and Telsa Collision in Dublin was the closest repair shop. What a great experience it was-from the front desk to the speed and detail of the repair job. Matt, who was in charge of the repair, did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop with updates. When I went to pick up, he reviewed the repaired area with me to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend this repair shop. Ask for Matt!

I had to drive over 3 hours to take my Tesla to this collision center, but I wouldn't have it any other way as it was 1000% worth it. My car looks like it was never in an accident and looks brand new again. Fantastic work by Bob and his team for the constant updates, and quick turnaround - less than 2 weeks! Thanks again! I hope not to see you again, but if so, I know exactly where I'm taking my car!

My car is better than ever! I just needed to take the time and recognize the great people at this location. Britney and Byron were just amazing to work with. They kept me frequently updated with the progress of repairs and really listened to any questions that I had. I was blown away by their service and the manner in which my concerns were handled. I never felt out of the loop once. This was especially important since I decided to take my car into this location from Michigan and had a 3 1/2 hour drive. When I got my vehicle back I was just awestruck. The car looked better than new and was freshly detailed. The new car smell was even back! I also really appreciated the gift bag that was given to me with a Tesla Branded Water Bottle, Pen and Note thanking me for bringing the car into them. Could not be any happier with my experience.
