Tesla Collision Houston Central

When I arrived it was like the police impounding lot. There are cars parked everywhere , no parking management, no traffic management. As I arrived there was no place to place , there were cars parked on the street, in front lot, In back lot and side lots. I had to wait for around 30 mins to circle around and find a slot. It’s horrendous. I had two-three finger size scratches on my car back bumper, no repair needed. They told Me the estimate was $3000-$4000 for it. It’s over priced estimate as there is no way to optimize it I started my estimate for repair by uploading high Q pics in all angles and lights. The Tesla app support kept sitting on it for 2 days that’s when I drove to this facility and realized they are severely understaffed but the staff is trying their best. The facility can’t handle this load and scale of work since Tesla as a company doesn’t like to service and repair their cars in general. They only make top dollar while selling new cars and buying green certificates on the green market. Period.

I drive a Tesla as my company car and picked up my new baby on March 22, 2026! I was so excited to be driving the Model Y! It was definitely a different experience in some ways than driving the Model 3. Unfortunately, three days later, while in a parking garage with low ceilings, my trunk hit the cement ceiling! Ugh! I immediately called the Tesla Collision Houston Central location to request a repair. Gino, the GM was so helpful and understanding of my situation and requested me to come in for them to fix it and they did! He even showed me how to change the trunk height, which I thought was so thoughtful of him. Welp! The same thing happened again on April 22, 2026 and I was almost in tears! But Gino and Daniel came to the rescue to help me out again! The customer service here is top-notch and I will always support this location. If you are looking for a place where the employees go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction, this is the place you should come to! From One Tesla Owner to Another, let this team do the work because they will do it well!

Title: Great experience — really solid team I had a really positive experience at the Tesla Collision Center in the Galleria area, and a big part of that was Oscar and Fernando. Both of them were super helpful and easy to work with. Fernando made sure he understood all my concerns and followed through on everything, which I really appreciated. Oscar was very thorough and took the time to walk me through the car and show what had been fixed, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work. Overall, it just felt like they genuinely cared about getting things right and making sure I was happy before I left. That kind of service isn’t always easy to find. Definitely appreciate their help and would recommend this team

I had a tail light replaced on my Tesla yesterday. I am in a wheelchair and have handicap plates. When I went to pick up my car last night they parked it in a non handicap spot which meant I couldn’t even access my car to get in. I had to have the uber driver move it for me. This is because they parked non handicap Tesla’s in all the handicapped parking spots. The city will be inspecting them for this ADA violation soon
