Tesla Collision Las Vegas East

We love this collision center! We had an appointment to get our windshield fixed. Initially they said we could get our car back same day or it could be there overnight. They were able to complete it same day which was great, but then they brought our car out and it was soooo clean inside and out! The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. I would go here again without hesitation!

The folks here are outstanding, great communication every step of the way and restored my car back to new again. Shout out to Chris and Juan, thank you!

Bad service and avoiding Chris

DJ was an absolute pleasure to work with. He explained all the needed repairs in great detail and with great patience. He understood and listened to my infinite concerns and offered truthful advice. Highly recommended.

I came to this Tesla collision repair shop to get my tailgate fixed. The team here is really great. I was greeted by most of the staff. I had a delay because my Tesla adjuster never got the repair request through but the staff kept on trying to contact her on my behalf to get things rolling. As I was waiting. The staff kept apologizing and offered me some drinks. When the order finally went through. The staff even shuttled me to the car rental enterprise to pick up my rental. At the other Tesla site on Sahara. The rental was given to me at the Tesla shop so I wondered if this new location will you that. My Tesla guy, Chris, updated me through the whole process so I'm not wondering what's being done. The pick up process was easy as well and the staff was very nice. If you need to get your Tesla fix, come to the dream team at this location. I hope I don't get any more damage to my car but if I do, I'll come back here.
