Tesla Collision folks did an excellent repair on my car. I particularly want to give a shout out to Sam Anderson who was my contact person during the process. Sam negotiated with my insurance adjustor, pursuing a sticking point until she prevailed, saving my quite a lot of money. Thanks, Sam and Tesla Collision..

I have to give 1 star to this guys because they got bad communication, I deliver my Tesla here and when I pick it up, I found out that they crack my glass on top and they don’t wanna be responsible to fix it,because they said I sign the release paper already,” they didn’t even told me that they crack the glass on top before I sign the paper or pick up the car, I got proof that the glass wasn’t broke when I left the Tesla there, and they still don’t wanna be responsible of the damages they do. MAKE SURE YALL SEE THE CAR BEFORE YALL SIGN A PAPER OR PAY SOMETHING so this don’t happen to yall.

I had an amazing experience with this Tesla Collision Center after my accident. The entire team was incredibly communicative, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process, and the repairs came out absolutely perfect! The paint blending, alignment, and overall finish look factory new. They even went above and beyond by cleaning the interior of my car and fixing a door alignment and seal issue I was already planning to schedule a separate service appointment for, which saved me another trip. HUGE thank you to Sam for being so kind and helpful the entire time, especially with explaining everything so clearly and making the process feel less stressful for me. Super grateful for the care and quality of work from everyone there.

Recently had my trunk damaged by a car wash. This was the best in person Tesla experience I've had. The loaner was pristine despite being a few years old. They cleaned both the inside and outside of my car which I did not expect. Hope I don't have to go here again, but glad to know it is here if I do!

I highly recommend Tesla Collision in Frederick. I needed to have damage to my car repaired and didn't feel confident that any of the shops recommended by the at-fault driver's insurance company would provide the level of service needed. Brandon and his team took care of the entire process, communicating at every step and working with the insurance company to secure supplemental coverage. They put me at ease and made what could have been a stressful situation run smoothly. My car looked better than new and was ready before they initially estimated. The service here is exceptional. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
