I came here back in March when my car was randomly hit on the highway by an object. The appointment was really smooth. I was kept up to date along the way down to every detail. I highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am a brand new Tesla owner and I cannot say enough about the experience Drew and Dylan gave me at this location. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond. They actually helped me get into an earlier appointment, which I did not expect at all, and that set the tone for everything that followed. Both Drew and Dylan were so patient, thorough, and genuinely excited to walk me through everything as I had to have some touch up paint work done. As someone who had never owned a Tesla before, I had a lot of questions, and not once did I feel rushed or like I was asking too much. They made sure I understood every feature and left feeling completely confident. It is clear these two take real pride in the work they do and the people they serve. You will be in the best hands. Recently picked up my car at Tesla Collision, Marietta and I couldn’t be more pleased. Not only are my repairs quality, but they even detailed my car and took the time to really fulfill all of my minor inconveniences making for a smooth and easy transition!! I was able to utilize one of their rentals during the time my car was being repaired (10/10 recommend). Let’s just say the service and experience here is one of a kind and I’m so proud to have met the team at this location! You guys are amazing!! Shout out to you, Justin Hughes, and your GM for getting me through the process seamlessly!

What a great location! The entire staff was so helpful even during the storm. Justin the GM is so nice and helpful and has created such a great culture at this location! Keisha and Phylisha were both so helpful to me in navigating insurance and taking such good care of the entire process. Kudos to all of them from a proud Tesla owner! 5 stars more if I had a button for them.

I had paint imperfections when I took delivery of my 24 MXP and had to take the vehicle to the collision center. The customer service I received was great from those at the service desk. Manny was a very respectful and friendly guy who took care of my vehicle. Even though they completed the paint correction, I now have new issues that I have just noticed since washing my vehicle after picking it up 2 weeks ago. Don't get me wrong, the car was shining like it should've been when I took delivery of it, but it's the minor issues that I am left with now. This is sort of why I waited a few weeks before washing it. After washing the vehicle and drying it down, I noticed a lot of blue marks along all 4 fenders. There's also some blue and white spots on the paint and drivers side camera, that no matter how much I washed and wiped over it, they will not come off. Do I want to take it back for them to correct? Yes Will I do it? No because it’s not worth the 2 hour round trip drive there and another 2 hour round trip to pick it up. I’ve added photos and the full view photo I have circled the blue stain that I didn’t even notice until after washing the vehicle then going back looking at this photo. It was covered well by the polish.
