Craig did an amazing job with the repair of my Tesla. He communicated throughout the whole process, was consistent, and I always felt informed about where my car was in the repair process. Scheduling an appointment to get my car repaired was easy and made me feel confident that my car was going to be fixed correctly. When picking up my vehicle from Tesla the staff were very welcoming, kind, and organized. My car was fixed better than when I had bought my Tesla new. I would not go anywhere else other than Tesla. I recently had my windshield replaced at Tesla Collision Nashville (7256 Centennial Pl), and this was hands down the best Tesla service experience I’ve ever had. When I first called, I was told the earliest available appointment was March 30. However, my windshield had a large crack that I was worried could worsen or even shatter. I explained my concern, and without hesitation, the team worked to get me in within two days. I also had upcoming travel plans and asked if there was any possibility of being seen even sooner — and Mr. Vince truly made it happen. His responsiveness and willingness to help immediately set the tone for an exceptional experience. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, kind, and incredibly proactive. Mr. Vince, the manager, treated my situation with urgency and genuine care. Chloe at the front desk and Megan worked seamlessly together, demonstrating excellent teamwork so we could move forward quickly with the plans to fix my windshield. It was clear they were communicating and supporting each other to ensure everything was handled efficiently. Addison, the rental specialist, also made sure the vehicle arrangements were smooth and stress-free. To make sure there were no inconveniences or delays, the team went above and beyond by providing a loaner vehicle to ensure I was completely taken care of. There was no miscommunication at all — just a team that genuinely cared about making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. That level of flexibility and attentiveness truly impressed me. We recently moved from Arizona and have been Tesla owners since 2021. I’ve visited several Tesla service centers over the years, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The customer service, communication, urgency, and overall support were outstanding. Sadly I have had several interactions with body shops in my life. The Tesla body shop in Nashville is by far the best quality most impressive with the most dedicated service assistant I have ever dealt with if you ever have to take your Tesla in for bodywork. I hope you get Kevin to be your assistant. He goes above and beyond with communication, very pleased.

The manager was rude. They failed to do an alignment when the front corner of my car was hit. They did not even check to see if it was aligned. He told me I should have to request that. He accused me of hitting a pothole in Nashville. He was talking to me like I was an idiot. I explained my dad was a mechanic and worked at a tire shop for 20+ years. The repairs were over 9k for the damage you see below. I also posted my tire damage as you can see it’s damaged because of not being aligned. Honestly I am only doing the review because the manager talked to me terribly.
