Tesla Collision Paramus

Due to driving over high water my rear under panel fell down and was dragging on the ground. We requested a repair via the app and the response was prompt. They gave us an estimate directly as we decided not to go through my insurance. When we picked the car up, the rear panel was all done and fine, but let me tell you, it was as if I got a brand new Tesla Y! The exterior and interior were spotless! I almost thought I got brand new wheels! It was like getting a $100 detail job. After the heavy rain and driving through the high water, my car smelled like there was a rotting onion somewhere, but when we picked it up, there was not even a trace of that odor. Also, the final amount was the estimated cost, so no surprise charge. The communication was great via the app too. We would get our Mercedes washed and cleaned after a service at the Mercedes dealership, but Tesla Collision Center post-service complimentary cleaning job is on another level! I almost want to have a minor issue to service in the future, so I could get my car detailed here again.

I drove almost 3hrs to let them make the repairs because of their reviews. And they did not let me down. I was very impressed by everything especially the communication. 5 Stars for and will always be my Tesla repair center. They kept me up to date every single step of the way and even messaged me /called me. The car came back like new and they did a fantastic job. I will say that from my experience, and I was only in there for a hour or so. they do a dam good job handling customers. Some people walk in there like this facility is at fault for the collision 😂. Had a great experience with the entire staff here. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable, and I always felt like I was in good hands. Ethan in particular stood out. He was incredibly patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions thoroughly without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell the team here truly cares about their customers. I really appreciated the communication, transparency, and overall level of service from everyone involved.

For all those Tesla owners out there who need body work repairs on their car and are debating which authorized Tesla body shops to go to, you absolutely must come to this Paramus NJ location. First off, the repairs on my bumper and side panels were done in a very timely and professional manner with great communication throughout the process. Through their quality control, they even identified some door issues and simply adjusted them for me. My car came out looking brand new. The entire staff is exceptional. Not only is the staff extremely professional, they are straightforward and honest with what needed to get done and the pricing was the best all around. I thoroughly shopped around to other non-Tesla authorized collision centers and Tesla was significantly cheaper for more extensive work. I would like to especially thank Rachel Flores and Veronica Olivera, the team I was assigned to, for making the entire process run smoothly and quickly. Finally, the manager, Christian Cotter, is a true leader as reflected in how his entire staff runs as a "family" team. Thank you!!
