Tesla Collision Portland

Got my Model Y windshield fixed! Easy process just paid the $500 deductible through the app, no need for a reimbursement check to be mailed to me 😁 Love it! Was given a brand new Model S Plaid as rental. Incredible experience!

I had an outstanding experience with this Tesla Collision Center from start to finish. Everyone on the team was incredibly friendly, caring, and professional, and the entire repair process was much quicker than I expected. I especially want to recognize Alicia, the technician in charge of my car. She was kind, responsive, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. It's clear she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. The girl at the front desk was also incredibly warm and welcoming, making every interaction a pleasant one. One thing that really stood out to me was their honesty and integrity. I accidentally left my bag in the car, and it contained several valuable items. When I got my car back, everything was exactly as I had left it. That’s not something I take for granted after having a bad experience at a Costco Tire Center, where my sunglasses disappeared during a tire change on another vehicle. This experience completely restored my confidence that there are still businesses that operate with genuine honesty. To top it all off, my car was returned spotless—almost like it had been professionally detailed—and fully charged. Those extra touches made a great experience even better.
