I had such an amazing experience at the Tesla Center today! Melanie and Jalisa were incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely excited to help. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the Tesla app step by step, making everything so easy to understand. Their patience and positive attitudes really stood out. The customer service alone made me want to buy a Tesla today! If every Tesla location has team members like Melanie and Jalisa, it’s easy to see why people love the brand. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience!

Came here on one of the worst days of my life March 30th 2026. I was in Raleigh for my 2nd time ever, about to trade in my 2024 Model 3. I was 4miles away from the dealer and I get rear ended by a Chevy Silverado and the guy said I ruined his day. As I deal with a concussion and other medical things due to the accident i call the collision center after I get a claim number which I received within 1hr of the accident. I spoke to Nakia and she helped me out, this won't be the last time she helps. I take the Model 3 over after buying my Model Y so now I owned 2 Teslas but I needed to get this Model 3 repaired and sold so I get it to the collision center and meet Nakia and Jalisa. Both ladies were and have been so helpful during this whole thing. I drop the Model 3 off and Nakia offers to give me a ride 30min back to the dealer free of charge out of her own pocket, I had to decline out of principal. I got an Uber and met Mohammed and that is a review within itself. This collision center repairs my car and I pick it up around a month later, the same day I pick up my repaired model 3 I get call from my wife and she told me someone backed into our brand new model Y. I spoke to Cody the day I picked up my Model 3 and told him if anything ever happens to the 3 or heavens forbid the Y I will bring them 2.5hrs here. I didn't know my Y would get hit 2 hours after saying that. I bring the Y here and ask for a Cybertruck and Nakia helped make that happen. I ended up selling my Model 3 to CarMax even though Nakia offered to sell it, I think she deserves a Model Y at the min. I end up buying a Cyberbeast after having the Tesla Therapy Toaster Loaner for what felt like months. I went to a lot of pizza places in the Toaster which is why I decided to buy my own easy bake oven. 5 stars for the staff and 5 stars for the service.

Very happy with my experience from the app service start to drop off & pick up of my Model Y. They performed all the work in a timely fashion and because all my work was under warranty they honored it and I paid $0 out of pocket. My car was returned to me in a clean fashion and all the service people were ready to help with anything I needed. They kept contact throughout the process and made it very easy to plan around the repairs. Thanks again

Had my Model Y repaired here for all over damage after another company damaged my car. I cannot say good enough things about Betty! She made it so easy and communication was too notch with her. Can’t even tell the spots where my car was repaired.
