I had an excellent experience at Tesla Collision Center. I recently bought a used Tesla Model Y that had several body panel misalignments, and it appeared the vehicle had been involved in a minor accident that was never reported. The team took care of everything from start to finish, and my car now looks brand new. A huge thank you to Arlette, who helped me get set up with a rental and made the process smooth and stress-free. Derek was in charge of my vehicle repair, handled the estimate, and kept me informed throughout the entire process with regular updates. The communication, professionalism, and quality of work were outstanding. I truly appreciate the care they put into my vehicle and would highly recommend them to anyone needing Tesla collision or body work.

I took my MY here back in December to get the windshield and bumper repaired. The repairs looked great, but they scratched the window tint on my driver side window and also detached something connected to the windshield wiper fluid so they would not work. I reached out multiple times to get this addressed and was always told that somebody would get back to me, but they never did. Very disappointing for the amount of money paid for these repair repairs to then have new damage to the vehicle that it goes unaddressed.

This was the single best customer service experience I have ever had. They were efficient, constant communication, perfect work. With a reasonable accident, they did all the work in 3 days and so was able to get in for the repair within 2 days. Responsive. Just amazing.

Arturo C. was great. He was very efficient, replied promptly, and gave some solid advice. If he recommends a repair in addition to what your insurance has approved, he explains why it’s a good idea without being pushy. He is pleasant and seems very client-oriented. Before you go, make sure to make an appointment. Otherwise, you might have to tow your car from the accident site only to be turned away and have to tow it again on a different day. 😳🤬 Hopefully, someone at corporate considers increasing the parking space so stressed customers can drop off their vehicles while waiting for an appointment. I called a general Tesla number and they told me, “Take it to the Tesla Collision Center and they will take care of you,” but they never mentioned it’s by appointment only.

He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find an advisor who is that attentive and genuinely nice to work with.
