I’m more happy about the service advisors. Blake was the reason I changed my mind and brought my car back to Tesla because another guy I spoke to was rude. Blake explained everything and was so nice. Christian assisted me when I was there and went out of his way to make sure I got a loaner. As well as Eddie who helped me before for another service call. Those are the only guys I will deal with when coming there. EXCELLENT AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Especially when I’m already feeling frustrated with car troubles, they assist u and make sure things get handled.
