Everything started like a dream when I picked up my new car from here, but unfortunately, the experience since then has been disappointing anytime I’ve needed service or repairs. Almost every time I’ve had to leave my vehicle, I’ve been given a loaner that looks and smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The loaners are often extremely dirty on the outside, almost as if they’ve been taken off-roading, and the interiors typically have an unpleasant smell. I’ve never complained about it before, but after dropping my vehicle off again today and being handed yet another one of these “fun” smelling and looking loaners, I felt like it was finally worth mentioning. Unfortunately, the condition of the loaners also seems consistent with the level of care I’ve experienced with my own vehicle. I’ve picked up my car after service and found it left so dirty that pieces inside ultimately had to be replaced because of how they were left after the work was completed. When customers are spending tens of thousands of dollars on these vehicles, there should be a much higher level of care and attention to detail. I don’t expect a loaner vehicle to be brand new or perfect, but I do expect it to be clean and reasonably well-maintained. More importantly, I expect my own vehicle to be treated with care while it’s in their possession. The buying experience started off great, which makes the continued service experience that much more disappointing.

First off, let me say this... I hardly EVER write reviews, but y'all deserve this and more! From the time I ordered the car to the day I took delivery, Team Dallas did an amazing job! Everyone seemed so excited to be there to help. From test drive to delivery, Tesla Dallas delivered on customer service! Everyone went above and beyond what I'd ever expect from a dealership. This was THE BEST and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Ever! Thank you all so much for making this so fun and easy! I truly feel part of the Tesla family!

Absolutely hands down the BEST experience. We picked up a Model Y from Jesse two weeks ago and we are back for the Cyberbeast today! They took the time to walk me through how the car works, answered all my questions clearly, and made the entire process quick and seamless.
