Just first class in every way..Thank you Jason & Evan!! I appreciate everything you did for me. I can't thank you enough🙏 This was the best customer service experience I ever had. Total professionals this is the Pinnacle of service departments. They fixed my Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD just exceptional service. I can't believe just how fast this entire process happened from getting towed Monday at 7pm and having the car ready for Pickup 10:13 am on Thursday. I never had any car service take care of me like this Tesla Service Center. Service like this.. gets you a lifetime customer in me.

The service advisor were very helpful, friendly and polite. They called and kept me informed throughout my service appointment. The loaner vehicle offered was clean and charged so I could continue my daily routine without interruption. This was my first service experience as a Tesla owner and it went well.

Disappointing to have to leave a 1 star review. Love my car, but the service department has absolutely gone downhill in a hurry. I don't know if it's store-based or a corporate-wide issue, but between refusing to do a repair without (truly unnecessary) diagnostics first, no longer offering any kind of remote diagnostics even for things that used to get remote-diag'd frequently, not charging the car while there, and a general lack of friendliness (not to mention being unable to call the service center, which is a long-time problem not a new one), it's just not a good time anymore to deal with Tesla service centers... I'm definitely going to try and get everything done at an independent shop from now on except HV pack issues. Unfortunate with how easy the SC was to deal with back in the day. Is what it is I guess. Ps: the service advisor was actually pretty friendly in person, to be fair

Come and get ready to place an order. After my first demo drive with a 2026 Model Y, I could not stop thinking about it, so I ordered my first Tesla. It's one of my best purchases along with FSD! Staff here were always very kind to me, answering all my questions, and even just chat about cars. With their help, I was able to try out all the Tesla models. Shout out to Braedan who showed and sold me my first Tesla. I frequently brought friends and families here for demo drives. Guess what, they are ready to switch to Teslas too.
