Great service upon arrival for new Tesla delivery. Even got to test drive a Cybertruck while I waited for my appointment time. Our new Tesla had a back seat that would not fold down, however they gave us a loaner vehicle to use until the new vehicle was ready for pickup the following day.l

I recently purchased a 2026 Tesla Model Y, which I will be picking up on July 28th, and have had the pleasure of working with Victoria throughout the entire buying experience. Victoria demonstrated exceptional knowledge of Tesla's products and options, patiently answering every question I had and making sure I fully understood each step of the process. Her professionalism and attention to detail have been evident throughout, and she consistently made me feel respected and valued as a customer. Although I have not yet taken delivery of my vehicle, the experience so far has been seamless and enjoyable thanks to Victoria's outstanding support. I had a great experience with this Tesla Service Center. George took care of me from start to finish, and made sure there were no issues with anything along the way. He was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He even got me into a Cybertruck as a loaner, which was really cool and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this location.

The new location looks great. I spoke with a service tech named Matthew. He seem to be very knowledgeable. I plan on coming to get my car serviced here very soon. I will give an update afterwards.
