Tesla Englewood

David and Jaime were both such chill people and helped answer all my questions. They even let me demo drive different options until I was fully sure about my decision. Come here and ask for either for a great customer experience. Showroom and bathrooms were very clean as well.

Tesla opened this new location about a year ago. The whole facility looks very new. They have both service and sales departments available here. Most of the models are available for test drive as well. I was very happy to see the service appointments were available within couple of days, instead of weeks like the Paramus location. Upon arriving, Daniel from service team welcomed me and confirmed my concerns. The service area floor looked so incredible. Massive space with latest techs, plenty of vehicles being worked on at the same time. The waiting lounge was also fantastic. Very spacious, with a coffee station and a snack station, offering coffee, teas, chips, sodas and water. There were high chair/tables were available for people to easily work while waiting. They have free WiFi available. Plenty of other couches and chairs were available as well. The service took about 1.5 hours. Daniel gave me a full brief regarding the issue with my Tesla. The cost was similar to the estimate. The checkout and pick up process was straightforward using the app. I had a wonderful experience at this location and I’ll be preferably scheduling my future appointments at this location.

Five stars all the way. From the moment I walked into Tesla Englewood to the moment I got my car back, Daniel at the front dispatch center was outstanding. Communicative, professional, and just genuinely good to deal with. He kept me in the loop, answered everything clearly, and made the whole process easy. I work in the service industry myself, so I don’t take that lightly. Tesla already runs a strong operation, but Daniel really made the difference. Because of him, I’ll absolutely be coming back. Truly great service. Update—- I felt it was important to add this. After everything was done and the car was serviced, Daniel called me personally to let me know he caught something and ended up saving me close to $500. I’ll actually be getting that back as a refund. That’s not normal. People don’t usually go out of their way like that after the job is already done. Really says a lot about his honesty and the way they run things there.

Great experience at the Tesla dealership. The salesperson did an excellent job showing the car and clearly knows his work. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. Everything went smoothly and the whole visit was very pleasant.

Furthermore, the waiting room is thoughtfully appointed, providing a genuinely comfortable space to relax while the work is being completed. I particularly appreciated the precise attention to detail in their beverage selection: they made an effort to cater to different tastes by offering two distinct types of coffee machines, as well as providing decaf options for both coffee and tea. It is these small, considerate touches that elevate the experience. Having previously only visited the Paramus location, I can confidently say that this Englewood center sets a very high standard. What more needs to be said? I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking an efficient, stress-free, and thoroughly professional service experience.
