Utah was absolutely incredible and truly made our vacation stress-free. We received a low coolant warning on our Tesla right before leaving for a 10-day trip and were extremely worried because the app showed the next available appointment was 8 days away. The moment we arrived, Utah stepped in and immediately took care of us. He was calm, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant during the entire experience. He understood the urgency of our situation and made us feel completely at ease. What could have turned into a major disruption to our vacation was handled seamlessly, and we were back on the road in just one hour. That level of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. Javon at the Service department was an exceptional help throughout the whole process of repairing my cars tire sensors. I just recently purchased a Tesla so I was overwhelmed with everything being new such as the EV car it self, but he was able to explain everything to me. I also came in with my toddler so the employees were welcoming on a kid friendly environment and even providing him with a coloring book and crayons and snacks which is a must with a toddler. Thank you to the Service Department for being a great help today.

I have been consistently impressed with the quality of service at this location. Even though I live in the Tampa Bay area and it’s quite a drive to get my Tesla serviced here, the experience is consistently far better than what I’ve received at the Tampa Service Center on N Florida Ave. The extra commute is absolutely worth it. As a side note, I’ve been a bit disappointed with the build quality on my 2023 Model Y. I owned a 2018 Model 3 Performance for five years and never experienced the kind of window‑control issues I’ve had with the Model Y. Fortunately, the Tesla Service Center in Fort Myers handled the repair and got everything working properly again.
