Wanted to thank Gus for helping us at our first couple of visit to this location. Very efficient and patient. The online communication within the app can be a little frustrating at times, however the in-person experience is definitely 5 star. Tony was exceptional at time of delivery! Definitely made up for some of the little frustrating moments during the purchase experience. Sara in service was also very helpful in getting us in and out quickly. Great group of people. Have you ever driven a Tesla? Wow, it's amazing! I had no idea what a convenience this car can be. Tell it where to go and it goes there. Definitely a great asset for us older folks. Go on the internet and arrange a demo drive. No heavy salesman pressure and all your questions will be answered with courtesy. I actually ordered mine online. Enjoy your new adventure.

We purchased our second Tesla here last summer and brought it back for a trim issue. We had a great experience with our purchase as well as the recent service visit. Sara in the Service Department helped set up the appointment, ensured all the parts were ordered and ready, and made sure the car was repaired correctly. There was a minor issue which she had taken care of immediately. She was a pleasure to work with! Very kind and friendly as well as knowledgeable. She really cares about the cars as well as the customers. I would not hesitate to bring one of our cars back as I know she would make sure they were taken care of properly. Thank you Sara!!

JD, my service advisor was absolutely amazing. This is my first Tesla, and the service experience I received blew every other vehicle service department out of the water! In and out in less than an hour, and all the small issues fixed with my car. Cannot be happier with the way I was treated, and the waiting area was spotless and comfortable!

Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Tesla , the customer service was absolutely trash! They speak to customers how you would expect from a junk yard service and not a top notch high end car dealership and repair . The name alone speaks volumes and value so why is the people working there not on top of things ? Sarah was the one who was supposed to be helping me she had no clue what was going on and when I asked to speak with a manager all of the sudden she knew what was happening and told me no manager was available to speak to , then when I would call to get an update on my cars services she had someone who told me himself he just started working there tell me that she was busy and then continued to tell me I had to contact a third party to get updates when they are the ones that had MY car in THEIR service department and refused to update me . I then got my car back with missing parts! And the mover to my battery left in my truck and wires hanging out in different spots and my bumper not even proper clicked back into place , this is absolutely disgusting behavior from a high end car dealership! What a shame , I’ll never bring my car to them again I’d rather drive to another location further or not they don’t value customers and they don’t care about your property.
