Tesla Gallery, Delivery, and Service Center

I had a fantastic experience with this service center. My appointment was rescheduled twice because they couldn’t provide a loaner car. I reached out to them and asked if they could check a few items that were causing me more concern than others. They were able to take my car the same day and resolve all my immediate concerns!

My last two appointments have been rescheduled last minute, pushing out my appointments by another month. They said it is due to being behind in appointments. It's frustrating to arrive for scheduled service and being told to leave with no sooner options.

The service experience was a refreshing change from other traditional dealerships. Was the first time I needed and used a Tesla service center on my 5 year old Model Y. That alone is impressive. But scheduling service through the app, the clear process with real time tracking on repairs, and communication was really different and really great. The other differential part was the issue was my with HVAC system and they apparently got enough remote diagnostics from the error that they essentially diagnosed before I arrived. Finally, super helpful they gave me a loaner - and with self driving on, it practically drove me 30 mins home and back on its own. Only minor downside is there is a lot of road construction around currently - but not a real issue.

I had a great experience at this Tesla service center. The main employee I worked with was Smokey H. and his team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. When I arrived, they gave me a quick assessment on what they thought the service would cost and how long it would take, and their estimates were spot on. I highly recommend using this service center if/when the need arises.

I had service and diagnosis completed at this new service center today. My issue was difficult to diagnose because of how subtle it was but the staff did excellent work. My service advisor Kayla was extremely professional, most polite, and kept up to date on the status of the service being performed. My technician Justin was awesome. He listened to me even when we had trouble reproducing the problem and was patient and diligent in reproducing the conditions required to diagnose the problem. While I worked on my laptop in the wonderful waiting area (what also had a private conference room available) I took a break to catch up with my sales advisor Jamil, who I originally purchased my car with. Jamil is a great dude and a pleasure to chat with. While we waited we discussed how happy I am with my purchase and some new upcoming models among other things. I highly recommend Jamil for anyone interested in buying a car. Lastly, the facility is incredible. It’s the largest service area I’ve ever seen at any dealer. My photo doesn’t even show the entirety of it. Overall, I was able to get my subtle, intermittent issue that was driving me crazy resolved, pricing was extremely fair, and the staff was excellent. I highly, highly recommend this location for service and sales.
