Diego is by far the best sales advisor at this location. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and personable when I went in for my demo drive. I felt confident purchasing my new Model Y because of his incredible patience and support. He deserves a raise AND a promotion!!!

Best car shopping experience I’ve ever had in almost 35 years of driving. Great staff, low pressure, and you can explore any model on your own. No wonder Tesla doesn’t advertise. No lying salespeople, hi pressure, or dealership sales tactics. They put the fun back into buying a car. Truly.

I came in two weeks ago to test drive a 2026 Tesla Model Y, and I had the pleasure of dealing with Phil. I believe that's how you spell his name. He was extremely helpful with everything and answered all my questions. After purchasing the Model Y, I was able to pick up another at a different location. I came in today for some questions regarding my new Tesla, and Phil happened to be working today and remembered me from two weeks ago. I would say his service and expertise were 10/10. If anyone comes to this location, ask for Phil.

Horrible service department. Paid for a radiator cleaning, they tried to up charge us by saying I should purchase a new radiator for the best cleaning. After politely declining the extra service, they went on to "clean" my exsiting radiator which cost me over $200 for the service. After picking up my car I noticed that the fan was still blowing really hard to cool the batteries and my air conditioning had no improvement. Ask my husband to look into it and After watching a few YouTube videos he was able to remove the frunk and look at the radiator. To our surprise absolutely nothing was cleaned. We paid for a service that never happened and when we called the service department with our concerns and picture evidence they gave us the run around and would not refund or properly clean the radiator. If you like throwing money away take your tesla here.

I scheduled a service appointment for my Tesla's air conditioning and waited a week for the appointment. I even took a day off work to make it happen. When I arrived, I was told the repair would likely take multiple days and that I would need to leave the vehicle. The problem is that nobody informed me beforehand that this was a possibility, so I had no opportunity to arrange alternate transportation. As a single father, transportation isn't just a convenience.............it's how I get my children to and from school, daycare, appointments, and everything else........ I want to be clear.....I have no problem renting a car at my own expense if that's what is required. My frustration is that nobody told me in advance that the vehicle might need to stay for multiple days and that no loaner or rental assistance would be available. Had I known that ahead of time, I would have simply made the necessary arrangements and avoided wasting a day off work. When I asked about a loaner vehicle or rental assistance, I was told there were no loaners available because it's summer and Tesla does not provide rental cars in this situation. This is Phoenix, Arizona, where summer temperatures regularly exceed 115°F. Driving without air conditioning here isn't just uncomfortable........it's friggin dangerous. Air conditioning here is not a luxury......it's a basic necessity. I even asked whether I should have a local repair shop diagnose the A/C issue, and was strongly discouraged from doing so. Yet Tesla offered no practical alternative to help me stay mobile while waiting for the repair. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication and customer support. Tesla is one of the largest and most valuable companies in the world, but the service experience left me feeling like I was expected to figure it out on my own. The issue isn't that the repair might take several days. The issue is that Tesla never communicated that possibility beforehand and offered no transportation solution when I arrived. If customers are expected to leave their vehicles for multiple days, especially for something as critical as A/C in Phoenix, Tesla should be upfront about that before the appointment and provide reasonable transportation options. As a single dad, taking a day off work and showing up only to learn I would be without my vehicle for days was incredibly frustrating and completely avoidable with better communication.
