I've spent thousands on repair dealing with these guys, totally unappreciated at that. The issue being undervalued and exploited because driving uber with these vehicles you'll find how fragile they can be regardless if it's compared with the Toyota Camrys or Hyundai & others. From my experience and comparing with legacy automakers it feels intentional, like weaponizing a poor product cycle trap. Like the cheap steering wheel for example, I'm so tired of hearing about struggling Trillion dollar companies cheapening what was easily reliable car parts for decades. They don't expect people like me to be vocal is my guess, or the dilusion of perfection among evidence of the contrary to be blinding. If you are lucky enough to see this it means one of the last sources of unadultered information has managed to reach you. I meant to post earlier on, and I apologize to the public & others like me potential and current owners for trying to give them a chance over and over. I simply can't recommend Tesla to a person I care about, and even an enemy I don't know because I feel respect and decency should be a default that shouldn't have to be earned & Sued out of a company to obtain. I'm on my 3rd and last Tesla, have gone in to debt for a battery component costing me thousands while still under battery warranty because the component was part of the basic warranty. After having already purchased a replacement steering wheel for a 22' model 3 that a policy denied after Tesla specified it "Cosmetic " on the invoice, my 24' Model Y began peeling too. Now the biggest conglomerate of companies, wealthiest in the history as we know it is incapable of replacing a steering wheel. They can keep the old parts btw, so the actual replacement amounts to a skin thickness of steering cover being rejected because they need me to suffer into caving in and upgrading??? I don't know how much weight my opinion holds or how valued my uber driving economic pull holds but this had to be said, take with this what you will as advice to avoid at all cost. It is not enough what you believe or expect it to be, and there is no legitimate reason for it. We shouldn't have to dig on redditt to see the truth of it either.

Terrible customer service and a total lack of professional ethics. Two weeks ago, I paid for a suspension repair; the noise disappeared for a few days but returned quickly. When I came back for the warranty, they refused to honor the previous work and forced me to pay another $200 just for the inspection. The most serious issue was the diagnosis: they assured me through the app that the problem was a bent rim and that the repair would cost $1,500. I decided to handle it elsewhere to save money, bought the new rim, and had it installed, only to realize the noise is still there. They made me waste money and time on a part I didn't need due to their inability to provide a correct diagnosis. Additionally: • Poor Service: There are staff members who speak Spanish, but they avoid assisting you by saying they are "busy." Communication is a constant barrier. • Time Management: After physically proving to a mechanic that the noise was still there, the only solution they offered was an appointment 5 days away, forcing me to lose even more workdays. In the United States, time is money, and Tesla doesn't seem to respect that. Owning this car was my dream, but with such mediocre technical service, I wouldn't recommend anyone go through this nightmare. It is not fair for the customer to have to pay for the diagnostic errors of their own technicians.

Not very accommodating or customer-focused. I’m picking up a second new Tesla today (Sumner Blvd) and wanted to drop off my current Model Y ahead of a service appointment 36 hours later—only to be told they won’t allow cars to be left more than 24 hours in advance. Apparently everything is completed within 24 hours—must be nice. Tesla makes a great product, but the customer service experience still falls well short of expectations.

We’re so used to traditional car dealerships where you have to haggle, deal with sales pressure, and constantly say no… so we went into Tesla Raleigh fully prepared for that experience. Honestly, we just wanted to test drive a Tesla. To our surprise, nobody came up to us at all. We actually had to walk up to Milena ourselves, which ended up being such a refreshing change. No pressure, no hovering, just a completely different vibe. Milena was amazing. She let us test drive two vehicles, we got to try FSD, and she even demonstrated Plaid for us which was super cool. She explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and was so friendly the entire time. Quick tip: download the Tesla app before you go. It will save you time since everything is done through the app. Overall, this was such a smooth and enjoyable experience. Next time we go back, it will be to pick up our new vehicle and we are really looking forward to it. We’re already telling all our family and friends to go to their nearest Tesla location and test drive FSD. You will be forever changed.

Very poor sales service with indefinite wait time. Only 2 representatives at the location. They talk rudely and no one ready to help us. #Elon Musk should think about the staff availability along with the technology upgrade. I have serious concerns about a recent experience with my Model Y order. I booked a new car, but at delivery, I was informed I had actually reserved a demo vehicle priced the same as a new one, with the same warranty. To get a new car, I was told I would need to pay an additional $3,600. The demo car I received had numerous scratches, and when I raised this issue, I was told it would be covered under warranty, but I would need to schedule a service appointment myself. This has been a frustrating experience, especially given that there are only two representatives handling customer concerns, resulting in long wait times. I canceled the deal and still they are not refunding the full amount.
