Tesla Gypsum

I had an excellent experience at the Tesla Service Center in Gypsum! The technician was knowledgeable, attentive, and kept me informed every step of the way. The facility is clean, comfortable, and well stocked, and the customer service truly exceeded my expectations. I’m genuinely blown away by this location and don’t think I’ll take my Tesla anywhere else. It’s well worth the drive for such outstanding service. Super impressed—thank you, Tesla Gypsum!

First of all, I had information dumped so much about what to look for on my new Tesla from the Internet that I came in with two pages of a checklist and an expectation that I was going to be somehow disappointed. We were greeted with a friendly gentleman, even though the place was pretty busy and we were escorted to the lounge, which was really nice and comfortable. 10 minutes later when it was our appointment time, the same gentleman came in and asked us to come out and see our new vehicle, which had been freshly washed and detailed and was parked right out front. My wife and I took out our checklists and went over the entire car with a fine tooth comb and we found absolutely nothing wrong with the paint, carpets, windows, or fitment of any kind. Once we were done, we went back inside, finished up a little bit of paperwork, and we’re taken back out to our car for a little demonstration on how to set up our profiles. I will say that he talked really fast and went over a lot of information and a really short period of time, so we were a little dumbfounded. We live about 130 miles away, and when I put in our home address and said take me home, the FSD started and never failed. Overall, it was a really great experience and I’m really glad that we had absolutely no issues with the car whatsoever.

Shoutout to Dana and Kapenna, these guys are great and handled business. Very professional and willing to do whatever needs done. Dana even stayed late to make sure I could take delivery. I live in Denver and when I buy my next Tesla I’m going to get it from them. Thanks again guys.

Dana was incredible. We bought this car in 15 minutes on the Tesla App. It was a breath of fresh air not having to spend an entire day at the dealer under pressure from the salesperson, finance dept, etc. When I showed at the dealer the app led me to my car and there was a paint blemish on the hood- it looked damage from shipping. I thought for sure they were going to send me home with that car and I would need wait for a new hood or repair. Dana went into the back and got me a new car fully wrapped in plastic and hustled to do all of the prep work for me, switched the paperwork, plates, etc. it was a huge effort by him, above and beyond, and it was so appreciated on our first new car purchase of our lives. Thank you Dana!

This location handles sales, delivery and service…just what the valley was missing for Tesla owners! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend working with Dana if you’re looking to purchase a new car.
