I purchased a new 2026 Tesla Model Y Performance and scheduled its delivery for August 14, 2026. I coordinated the sale of my old 2022 Tesla Model Y to coincide with my deliver date. What was supposed to be a pleasant experience turned into a nightmare. The car was sold to me as a demo that could not hold a charge. This location didn’t check the vehicle before selling it and admitted to dropping the ball. I was given a loaner until my new delivery date on August 22, 2026 and the power inverter was replaced. On August 23, 2026, while driving the car it displayed an error message: “BMS_a036”, vehicle might not start. I sent multiple messages to the sales team at Indianapolis on August 23 and 24, 2026 but I received minimal response, aside from the fact that the service center was notified. After Indianapolis Tesla sold me the car, they abandoned me. Three days later, the car had to be towed to the nearest Tesla service center, where the next service appointment was scheduled for two weeks later and the rear drive unit needs replaced. The team acted with efficiency and professionalism, completing the necessary repairs promptly so that I could resume my road trip without significant delay. In addition, they fully charged the vehicle’s battery prior to release. Garrett Ferry managed the issue with clear communication and thorough explanations. He demonstrated a genuine sense of urgency and commitment to resolving the matter as quickly as possible. The service team was prepared and waiting for the vehicle’s arrival, allowing work to begin immediately upon delivery. I am very satisfied with the assistance provided by Mr. Ferry and the entire staff. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and effective in removing the stress associated with an unexpected service need. Took my truck for a vibration issue. Told them I thought the foam was loose in a tire. They said it was fine and just needed balanced. Nope, problem still there so I took it to my regular tire shop. Foam was loose so I had them take it out of every tire. I dont care about a little more road noise. This was a couple of months ago. Now I have a slow leak so back to Tesla...2 weeks just to get in. They wont patch or replace my tire under extended wheel and tire warranty because I modified it (removed the defective foam). I didnt modify it, I fixed what Tesla service couldn't or wouldn't fix. Not safe to drive with those vibrations. Service manager is no help. Back to my tire place, simple nail so patch and on my way. Cancelling Tesla wheel and tire...its worthless, just like Tesla service was today.

We worked with Emily at Tesla in Castleton. She has helped my wife and I sooo much. She even took half a day out of her schedule to help us decide on colors. Needless to say, we bought TWO! The Model Y Premium AWD and a Model 3 Performance. Thank you Emily!! We are super happy!!

Picked up my 2026 model 3 long range RWD today on a very snowy day. Front desk people were very nice and friendly. My advisor was very helpful about setting me and car up for faster process. Direct sales to customers wins over traditional car dealerships salesmen. Thank you Castleton Tesla for getting my first Tesla vehicle very quick.
