Sales advisor Chris was incredible. He gave me a Cyberbeast FSD demo and took the time to explain everything clearly. As a long-term Tesla investor, whenever I’m in America I often try to get a first-hand customer experience, and Chris is a real credit to the company. We need more people like him. He was more knowledgeable than some of the institutional holders of the company I’ve spoken to. We need more Chris’ at Tesla. It was an awesome experience, thank you. I hope management see this!

Outstanding Tesla Service Experience I had an excellent experience at the Tesla Service Center, and I want to give special recognition to Keith, my Service Advisor, and Christopher, the technician who worked on my car. Keith was incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure I understood what was being done. His communication and customer service were outstanding. I also want to give a special thank you to Christopher, who worked on and fixed my car. He did an excellent job and clearly takes pride in his work. He was professional, careful, and thorough, and I really appreciate the time and effort he put into making sure my car was properly fixed. Both Keith and Christopher made this experience easy and stress-free. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to helping customers truly stood out. Came in on Sunday with no appointment. Waited around for about an hour and got no help. They were busy, so we were understanding. Scheduled an appointment for 1:00 Monday and again waited around for an hour with no help. No one so much as said hello. Between that and the completely packed service department it was enough for us to go in another direction. Tesla clearly doesn’t value the customer experience.

We had an amazing experience at Tesla Jacksonville, and Robert made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and exciting from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision rather than just making a sale. Robert answered every question we had about the Model Y, guided us through financing and the app process, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout. Buying my first Tesla and it’s been a great experience. Robert has been a very nice sales associate answered all my questions very knowledgeable, friendly and all around just a great experiencing purchasing a new vehicle compared to the norm.
