I took my 9 year old son for a birthday test drive. The cyber truck is a beautiful truck. I want to personally thank Terrance tucker for his professionalism and kindness he showed to me and my family. Even though I told him I couldn't afford the car he treated me with the out most respect.

Every time I need a repair done, it takes 2 weeks to get an appointment. They don’t provide any loaners for cars out of warranty. What this means is that sometimes you are going weeks on end without a vehicle. Their service department is reason enough to buy another brand

Called for parts, parts guy called out today but was told service guy would call me back. I never got a call back and have called 3 times since with no answer even if I pick the option for a sales for a new Tesla The guy I spoke to was extremely professional but not satisfied with the rest of the service After all this and waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes, talk to my girl when I got home and then her mom called her while I was on the phone waiting for Tesla to answer. She got off the phone with her daughter and called and got somebody on the phone but my phone call was not answered. I hung up the phone and called back. Told the AI automated service that I wanted to speak to a manager. Someone answered the phone and then asked me to wait again. I told him no that I had been waiting for 30 minutes and they had already answered a phone call since I had called them. The guy laughed at me. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager. He said I can take your name and number and have them call you back I said no that’s not gonna work because I Was told that earlier by the respectful guy I talked to this morning and never received a phone call absolutely Terrible customer service Not to mention, he still put me on hold, came back and said I’m gonna transfer you to him now it rang a couple times. The phone was picked up and then hung up. I could literally hear the phone sitting back down on the receiver.

Had a wonderful experience here—the staff is so nice! With gas prices so high, switching to their electric car was a great move. It only cost about $14–$20 to charge it. Also, the Autopilot feature is absolutely the bomb! Perfect for people who don't love to drive, and at only $99/month (cancel anytime), it’s a no-brainer.

Dropped this review back to 3 stars. I originally left 1 star because I could not get in touch with service during posted hours Monday morning, and I did not receive a callback until after 10:00 a.m., which makes me think the hours may need to be updated. To be fair, the representative I spoke with was professional and did increase my confidence that the issue was at least being handled appropriately. Unfortunately, the actual outcome is brutal. My 2014 Tesla Model S has only about 106,000 miles, and I was told the repair is going to be nearly $9,000 due to drivetrain failure. At that point, the car is basically scrap, which is a pretty frustrating place to land for a vehicle with what I would consider relatively low mileage. What made this even more disappointing is that I made it very clear to Josh in service (he's experience with Josh!!!) that I was open to speaking with the sales team about replacing the car with a new Tesla. I specifically advised that I had about 45 minutes before my next meeting and was ready to have that conversation right then. That call never came. It is now 1:51 p.m., and I still have no missed calls from Tesla Knoxville. That is what really stands out here. It is disappointing to see what feels like the same apathetic sales culture I experienced at the Northlake location, where I left a fairly spicy review after an abhorrent customer service situation. You would think that someone saying, “My car is dead and I may replace it with a new one today,” would get a callback. Apparently not. So while service at least did eventually respond, the overall experience still feels disjointed, indifferent, and frustrating. When a 2014 Model S with only 106,000 miles is basically totaled by a repair estimate, and the sales team cannot be bothered to return a warm handoff, it is hard to walk away impressed. Hard to feel much brand loyalty when the car is basically scrap at 106,000 miles and the sales team still cannot be bothered to call back. As a salesperson myself, I wish I had a prospect as motivated to give me money for what literally keeps my doors open. (Nice to get a call back after leaving a slightly spicy review, as I was in a meeting and unable to answer. We'll see if another Tesla is in the cards... Ford making some generous offerings on the big ol Lightning)
