Tesla Lake Elmo

First off I showed up for my appointment and no one acknowledged my existence which is cool cuz I just dropped 45k on this car. I had selected that I was there on the app came in side and stood at the front and no one said anything to me everyone was too busy with other people tryna make a sale. A sales person randomly got to me 20 mins later while still eating their lunch. It was my first Tesla and they were not really too helpful but they did answer a lot of my questions b4 passing me on too someone else bc they had another appointment. The car they gave me for 45k rattles as it drives pluss makes a clicking sound in the steering wheel when it turns slightly on top of all that they didnt even screw in the undershield all the way so it sags and only has 2 screws in it. Now they telling me its gonna be $1000 to fix the car when they gave it to me messed up to begin with. Don't trust these money grabbing scammers they gonna sell you a messed up car all they care about it tryna make a sale. Seriously what kind of business are they running at the lake elmo location

Benjamin is the BEST! I've been talking with him a little more than a month now. I went in for an initial test drive, and he was the one to help. He's been checking in on me ever since and is extremely helpful. My mom was in town, and I wanted her to test drive as well. He got us scheduled with a test drive and answered all of our questions. He is very thorough and very knowledgeable!!! It's taking me some time to officially go through with it, but he has been very helpful throughout the whole process. Highly highly recommend going to Benjamin with any questions/needs.

First time at this dealership - we were very impressed! Check-in was a breeze and the advisors were polite and listened without trying to push anything on us. The customer lounge was very clean and offered coffee, soda & chips as complementary fare. In the showroom, Mike was polite and patiently answered our questions. Outside we met Eric who promptly gave us a test-drive in a new model X that we were interested in. One of the best dealership experiences that we've ever had!

This and the Golden Valley location are very similar. When you first walk in the huge double doors you're greeted with a sleek interior, just like their cars. If no one is around just wait a few moments or walk all the way to the right through the door. They have a wonderful waiting area with coffee and other drinks as well as some snacks.

My first visit to a Tesla dealership was outstanding. I was warmly greeted by Erek, who spent over an hour walking us through everything about the Model Y. He’s truly one of the best salespeople I’ve ever met—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. Even when we decided to hold off on buying for now, he was just as professional and friendly as when we first walked in. There was no pressure, no guilt trip—just genuine help. The store itself was spotless, and we were assisted right away without any waiting. Overall, it was a completely different (and much better) experience compared to traditional dealerships. When the time comes to purchase, I’ll definitely be coming back to Erek.
