Tesla Latham

I’ve had several appointments for my cars at this location. By far the best experience I’ve had at a Tesla service center. The facility is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The work product is great and they are easy to work with on warranty claims. I drive an extra hour to go this center over closer ones because of the results and services.

Gurz was very helpful arranging test drives for me to learn more about the cars. He was very informative and patient, and he certainly went the extra mile. Big thanks to him for his help!

Huge shoutout to Mike at the Latham service center today. I had a really concerning sulfur smell coming into the cabin of my Model 3 and was worried my 12V battery was boiling over. I brought it in as a last-minute emergency drop-off. Mike was incredibly helpful, got the car into the bay immediately, and had the technicians run a full diagnostic. It turned out to just be bacteria buildup in the cabin air filters. He was completely transparent, dropped the extra diagnostic fee since it was a quick fix, and had me entirely checked out and back on the road in under an hour. Fast, honest, and zero upselling. 5 stars. Snacks, coffee and beverages for customers free as well.

The Latham service center has always been a pleasure to visit. Mike warmly welcomes each guest, and has let me test drive while waiting if there's nobody scheduled. Carolyne is very knowledgeable about the repair details and next steps, and she updates me regularly with progress and estimated time remaining. The mechanics are happy to sit with me on test drives so I can show them the issue directly. On this recent service visit for a creaky steering wheel, they already had a new steering wheel on site and were able to install it within 2 hours. The waiting area is clean, sleek, with inspiring Tesla decore. They have an incredible variety of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate as well as water and snacks. Even if there was another Tesla service center closer to me, I would still make the drive to Latham!
