Sam and Richard took amazing care of me! Sam and Richard were exceptional and even stayed late to ensure my tires were safe for me to drive. I needed service at almost closing, where most service repair would have apologized and made me wait until Monday. Tesla Lee vista continues to amaze me with amazing service! And makes driving a TESLA an amazing experience. The car safely detected my flat tire and Lee vista took care of me same - day! They will always be my dealership of choice. A huge thanks to Sam and Richard for going above and beyond!!

I had an issue after an automatic car wash—the chemicals had damaged the trim. I decided to stop by a service center on my way. They took the car in right away, and the whole job took just 10 minutes. The wizards at the shop made my car look brand new again. Thanks a lot! I definitely recommend them!

Friendly staff, kind of unorganized process. Had 12:00 pickup scheduled for my Cybertruck. Got there at 12:30. Truck was not clean, or ready for delivery. Other cars looked ready for deliver so I’m sure what the issue was. I don’t want to wait so I ended up taking delivery and just cleaned up myself. Wife questioned if it was new…truck had 5 miles on it when picked up. Also was told that I would have a 30 day trial of FSD to find out later on the app that cyber trucks don’t receive the trial.

The least professional Tesla in Orlando area. Bought a model y here about 3 months ago. Sales guy was great. On pickup day, I got the run around by 4 different people on getting things taken care of promised by the initial sales member. Just received service today on my older tesla. When picking up my car they had burned the battery down to 40 miles remaining. When I went to plug in, they claimed im not aloud to charge it at their super chargers. They are for service and operational use only. We told him we are picking our car up from service and dont have miles to get home. He said your car should have been charged during service. It obviously wasnt. They proceeded to tell me I had to go somewhere else to charge even though they admitted their service department didnt do what they were supposed to do.

Very poor service quality and lack of accountability. I brought my vehicle to this Tesla Service Center for HVB3 (high-voltage battery) replacement. After the replacement, the vehicle immediately developed multiple issues that did not exist prior to service, including error messages, abnormal noises, loss of stability, pulling to one side, and a significant reduction in driving range. The vehicle was clearly not returned in proper operating condition. Shortly after pickup, underbody-related problems became apparent, indicating improper reassembly after service. Instead of acknowledging that these issues appeared directly after HV battery replacement, responsibility was avoided. No clear post-service safety verification or accountability was provided. Replacing a major high-voltage component and returning a vehicle with new faults raises serious concerns about quality control and safety standards at this location. This experience significantly reduced my trust in Tesla service. A vehicle should never be returned in worse condition than when it arrived.
