Tesla Londonderry

Zack and the Tesla store in Londonderry are both incredible! We didn't buy a car today, because we are going to look on the Tesla website for just the right model, but we will be buying within a couple weeks. Zack has litterally all the information you would ever want, and has been a self-driver for years now. He set us up for a nice long test ride, and let me tell you- there's no un-seeing that technology once you've experience it yourself! Thank you Zack!

I had a great experience 🤷🏼‍♀️ I ordered my Performance Y and pickup was here. Communication before arrival was professional and prompt. Walked in and even though sales was with someone else they acknowledged us right away in walked us to my chariot that awaited🙂 The absolute EASIEST experience of my life getting a new car!! In & out in less than 30 minutes. I’m used to an excruciating 8-hour shift at a dealership where they try to squeeze every nickel and dime out of you. We had Troy as help and he was great 👍🏻

My wife and I recently purchased our first Tesla. Everything from selecting the car model, upgrades, finance, insurance and trade-in all happened through the Tesla app. It even notifies you on what day you will take delivery. We picked up our car up at the Tesla delivery center in Londonderry, NH and met with an advisor, Troy, who was enthusiastic and answered all of our questions. The experience was fantastic. I only wish purchasing cars was this easy at other dealerships.

Came in at 11:15am waited till 4pm to be told that the door needs a new harness and a new rear seat. 4+ hrs for diagnostic are you kidding me. Left the inside extra dirty as well. Whoever the tech needs to quit his job. Then i have to drive home for 2hr 45mins. Common you guys I change all 4 brakes on my tundra in 2hrs. Get your shit together. My rep Shaun is a nice guy he has no control on the situation.

I returned to this location because of an issue related to a compressor replacement they performed on my Tesla Model Y a few months ago. When I brought up my concern, I was told that I “don’t know what I’m talking about.” While I may not be an expert, I do know that air in the refrigerant system is not normal and should not be considered “how it’s supposed to be.” Despite the issue appearing to stem from their previous work, I was still charged for the visit and the underlying problem was not addressed. Considering I paid about $3,000 for the compressor replacement only a few months ago, this was very frustrating. Based on my experience, I would recommend driving a little further and using their Watertown location instead.
