I had a great experience at the Tesla dealer in Lone Tree at the mall. CT offered me a test drive with no pressure and the car sold itself. I was actually not even thinking about getting a Tesla but after getting a very complete understanding of how the car is able to drive itself, I was hooked. On a little slow on the technology, so I had to go on several test drives, but he was always willing to help me better my understanding. He also sent me quite a few different price options. I was able to get a clear idea of what it would cost me to own a Tesla. If you’re thinking about getting one and you live in Colorado near Lone Tree, stop in and ask for CT and you will have a great experience.

CT was amazing!! I came in with a group of four 18 year olds and he let us ride around in a Tesla Y on our own for 20 minutes after giving us a crazyyy pitch. Top tier customer service.

04/2026:As a repeat Tesla owner (previously owned a Model X in China since 2018), my purchasing experience at this location was highly disappointing due to a total lack of professionalism and service transparency. 1. Failure to Support Loyalty Incentives: I explicitly mentioned my history as a long-time Tesla owner. However, the staff made no effort to help link my accounts or ensure the $500 loyalty credit was applied. After delivery, they simply dismissed the issue as "too late," forcing a loyal customer to pay for their administrative oversight. 2. Lack of Financial Transparency: When discussing financing, the staff simply told me I could apply and directed me to pay the $250 order fee. They failed to provide a professional risk assessment or clarify that the fee is non-refundable even if financing is denied. They should have suggested a pre-approval first. Instead, I was left to pay the full balance in cash after a last-minute loan denial. 3. Omissions in Order Review: They completely missed the $750 state incentive in my initial agreement. It was only by pure luck that I discovered this error myself when I decided to switch my order from a Model 3 to a Model Y at the last minute. It is exhausting for a customer to have to audit every single line item because the staff fails to do their jobs. The service attitude here is dismissive, and there is zero accountability for their errors. I do not recommend this location. Latest (06/2026): After contacting headquarters, they provided a satisfactory solution.

Their estimate wasn't even remotely close to what they ended up charging. The technician directly ignored me when I told him what was wrong with the car. Instead, after a 30-second test drive he charged me over $1, 400 to fix something that wasn't an issue. Then lied about taking it on a test drive, where the problem clearly was still there. Then try to up charge me again with new tires for an additional $2,000. I had to bring the car back in for them to figure out it was exactly what I told them it was. They had no idea about common problems with their own cars. The first technician I worked with was very arrogant with no reason to be. All in all very bad experience.

Alex at the Tesla showroom was fantastic. He was funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and refreshingly not pushy at all — which honestly makes sense because the car really sells itself. He answered all of our questions, made the whole experience easy, and you could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. The entire showroom had a great vibe. Everyone seemed happy to be there and proud of the product they’re representing, which says a lot. And the Tesla Model Y… wow. I truly can’t say enough good things about it. After driving it, it honestly makes you wonder why anyone would choose another type of car. Thanks to Alex, I’m officially a Tesla owner for life. The experience couldn’t have been better. 🚗⚡
