Tesla Louisville

In November of 2025, I came here for a roof glass replacement. The service experience was excellent. The staff took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Because I live 65 miles away from the service center, I enjoyed the waiting room including the complimentary Keurig and Wi-Fi. The service team stopped by to update me in person on the progress of the replacement and completed the install ahead of the estimated 4-hour service estimate. I look forward to returning to this location for any future service needs.

We had an incredible experience buying our new Model Y from this location. On the day of our delivery there were a few issues and Christian was there to help us through it all. He made the process smooth and seamless and we are so grateful for all of his help!

Had an issue with my rear drive motor left side. I went on the app and set up an appointment. Soonest I could get in was May 11th. I was concerned that it could damage the vehicle, so I drove up there just to see if it would be Ok to keep driving on. They said pull it in. Next thing I know they found the problem within seconds of me getting out of the car and repaired it within a hour or so. They were very courteous, snacks in the lounge area, free Wi-Fi, and kuerig coffee. All of the staff was extremely courteous. I have never had this good of an experience at any of the service centers that I’ve ever been to before. That includes the multiple brand new Chevrolets I bought.

I had an awesome delivery experience at Tesla Louisville. The delivery team is highly professional and they took good care of me. My advisor, David, was very knowledgeable and did a really good job to address my concerns. The vehicle was cleaned very well before delivery and I’m very satisfied.

Owned my Tesla going on 2 years and I have dealt with Ian from service every time and I’m very lucky to have someone like him back there in the shop! He has ALWAYS had every single answer I asked him for on top of educating myself on the question I was asking. I don’t think I will ever change car brands with someone like Ian doing my services and helping me solve issues. Thank you Ian!
