Nate (salesman) was professional n friendly. Very knowledgeable. Answered all our questions in a way I could understand. Impressive auto driving test drive.

Ken, Tesla rep, was super nice and walked my husband & I through all the features of the Tesla Y. When we stopped him with questions he was able to answer anything we threw at him. Ken made sure we were able to log on to their app, website & had his phone # in case we had more questions. We highly recommend Ken at Tesla in Loveland.

If you’re considering buying a Tesla from the Loveland location, I would encourage you to be cautious based on my experience. My biggest concern was with the General Manager of Sales, Weston. During our visit, I left feeling that he was not honest with my wife and me, and that he was willing to say whatever was necessary to make a sale. When we later asked other employees about some of the information he gave us, they didn’t seem to know what he was referring to, which only added to our concerns. Professionalism was another major issue. Weston was chewing tobacco while speaking with us, which I found inappropriate in a customer-facing environment. On multiple occasions, I also heard him using profanity and making inappropriate comments in the office where customers could easily hear. That is not the level of professionalism I expect from someone leading a sales team, especially at a company like Tesla. It’s disappointing because Tesla is an outstanding company with an incredible product, and I would expect its leadership to reflect those same high standards. Based on my experience, Weston lacked both the product knowledge and the people skills I believe are necessary to effectively lead a sales organization. I do want to recognize one employee who stood out. The young blonde sales advisor—I believe her name is Calindy—was excellent. She was professional, respectful, and even apologized for Weston’s behavior. It’s unfortunate that a sales advisor felt the need to apologize for the actions of her own manager. I sincerely hope Tesla brings in new leadership for the Loveland location—someone who demonstrates professionalism, treats customers with respect, and represents the Tesla brand with integrity.

Well done Tesla. So, there's Model 3 is E, Model S, X and Y. SEXY, I get it! But your associates are HOT. I'm guessing there's a Model H not for handsome, rather hydrogen in the near future? Was a part of Twitter now X cause they were simply not attractive enough?

I stopped by with my son for his 5th birthday because he loves the Cybertruck and wanted to see one in person. The wonderful team went above and beyond — they treated him so kindly, answered all his questions, and showed us every car he wanted to see (and even answered mine, too!). They even took him on a short test drive and surprised him with some goodies — a toy Cybertruck, a coloring book, and a birthday card. They truly made his day unforgettable!
