Tesla Lynnwood

My experience with Tesla customer service has been extremely disappointing. After canceling my order, I was repeatedly promised that my refunds had been processed. I was first assured by a phone representative that everything was taken care of. Then, through the Tesla app chat, I was told multiple times that I would receive my refunds within a few days. When nothing arrived after several weeks, I was contacted by Jason from the Lynnwood store who again assured me that the refunds had been processed correctly and that I would receive them within 3–5 business days. That deadline also passed without any refund or meaningful follow-up. The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication and accountability. Every interaction resulted in another promise, but no action. Customers should not have to spend weeks repeatedly contacting support just to receive money that is owed to them. I expected much better customer service from a company of Tesla’s reputation. I hope Tesla improves its refund process and communication so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

Ken, the older man with glasses, at the service desk was offhandedly rude and was dismissive of our concerns with our car. He didnt even hear what was my exact concern pointed at the two people waiting and said I'd need to make an appointment to do anything, that those people who made an appointment needed to be helped first. He acted like I was a bother and didn't want to help, like I wasn't already a paying customer of Tesla. He didn't even listen to what was wrong with my tire and passed it off as cosmetic and told me to book an appointment. Said the earliest one was end of July. Told me to book an appointment on my phone and to step away so he can help other people, instead of actually understanding what I needed help with. However when he was helping the next customer, he gave her a slot on Wednesday and was being a lot nicer and more accomodating to her, and it seemed like this other customer didn't come with an appointment so it felt discriminatory. This person needs to be trained better. However, Benjamin, the younger gentleman who was the Sr. Customer lead was super helpful. He acknowledged that the tire rip is definitely a safety issue and needs to be replaced, and got us an emergency appointment right away for the next day. If it were not for Benjamin I would have left 0 stars.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a really great experience at the Tesla Service Center in Lynnwood. From the time I arrived until my vehicle was ready, everything was smooth, professional, and easy. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the waiting area made the time go by quickly. It’s clean, comfortable, and set up so you can either get some work done or just relax. The coffee and sparkling water were a nice bonus, too. I also enjoyed walking through the showroom while I waited — it’s always fun to look around and dream a little about what might be next. Overall, this location made what could have been a boring service appointment feel painless. I would definitely choose this Tesla service center again for my next visit.

Jon was great at explaining all the sales details and answering our questions patiently. We finally purchased our first Tesla, and the entire process was smooth and transparent. No pressure, no haggling, and none of the usual dealership hassle. Overall, a very straightforward and pleasant buying experience.

Picked up my Tesla from the Lynnwood location and the whole process was smooth. No hassle, no waiting around. The staff was welcoming and actually made the pickup feel easy instead of stressful. Everything was ready to go, paperwork was quick, and they walked me through what I needed to know without dragging it out. Solid experience overall. Lynnwood Tesla made the delivery simple.
