Tesla Mechanicsburg

One star, and it was earned. We drove 45 minutes to Tesla Mechanicsburg ready to purchase TWO vehicles. There were three employees in the showroom. Not one of them acknowledged us. No greeting, no “someone will be right with you” — nothing. We stood there as paying customers with real money to spend and were treated like we were invisible. When I called afterward to raise the issue, the person on the phone sounded annoyed that I’d bothered them with it. I was promised a callback from management. That call never came. I own a business. If my team ignored two walk-in customers ready to buy, then blew off the complaint, there would be consequences the same day. Here, apparently, it’s just Tuesday. Tesla doesn’t have a product problem at this location — it has a management problem. Save yourself the drive and order online, because the showroom staff clearly can’t be bothered.

We recently had my Tesla Model X serviced at this location in Mechanicsburg. I am from PA but live in Virginia. We were in PA visiting family in early June and as we were charging to head back to VA my car just stopped working. Turns out we needed a new HV battery. (Thank goodness for warranty) It was on a Sunday and Tesla was closed - so we had it towed to Tesla and found another way back to VA. First thing Monday morning Tesla contacted us and put priority to our car to get it fixed for us. Unfortunately, outside of their control, it took quite a bit longer than expected to resolve this issue, but from the very start, their communication was been top tier. They updated us every step of the way and answered every single question or comment we had within minutes. They were patient and positive and kind with every message. When our car was finally ready, we traveled back to PA to pick it up and the pick up process was smooth and wonderful. We worked with Chris in sales and Chris in service and Loc in service. I can’t say enough great things about these 3 as they were so kind and patient and knowledgeable and helpful and really provided us with fantastic customer service. I wish the Mechanicsburg location was closer so we could use this location for any service or sales needs. Every interaction we saw with multiple families buy a car that day were positive and upbeat. This location is the best!

I had an incredibly stressful situation today when my car had a sudden charging failure and required an emergency stop. I made it to the Mechanicsburg location, and the manager and staff here were absolute lifesavers. They immediately jumped in to try and help me get the car charged, and when it became clear it needed to stay for service, they quickly set me up with a loaner vehicle so I could drive home safely. Their compassion, speed, and amazing customer service turned a nightmare situation around. I can't thank this team enough!

Easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. The team was friendly and completely pressure-free, and they had everything ready to go the moment I arrived. From ordering to delivery, the whole process was quick and seamless. Highly recommended!

Aryan was awesome. Chris and Amrit hold down an amazing sales team and provide a welcoming environment. Delivery day was an absolute breeze. My wife and I took a 2 hour trip to pick up my model 3 and Aryan made it so quick and easy. The whole process literally was faster than a rest stop on the road trip up. My model 3 was spotless and I was very appreciative he put both mine and my wife’s name on the dash to welcome us. Experiences like this one remind me people still enjoy going above and beyond in their job. If you are looking for a new Tesla stop by this location for a great overall experience!
